Some positives: great location within walking distance to beaches and restaurants and Ala Moana mall. Negatives: this is a very dated condo. A/C units smell musty and vibrate on and off loudly. Doors don’t close, bathroom toilet seats squeaked really loudly, no extra garbage bags, only 2 tissues in each tissue box, view out of back 2 bedroom patio was of worn down buildings, empty swimming pools, and dead flower pots on the deck. For over 1100 per night, I feel the value just wasn’t there. When we arrived the host gave us a tour of the condo, opening the sliding glass doors in the front and back. After she left a breeze came through that knocked down a photo that was propped on a counter next to a little centerpiece that also fell and broke. That same breeze also blew the mirror down that string securing it to the wall came undone. We notified the host right away, less than 30 minutes after she left about this issue. Overall, we loved the location, but for the price we paid, we could have stayed at a resort.
