Flop house for homeless. Staff is not friendly. Screaming children of homeless in halls. They have not swept the parking lot in a decade.

Bugs and mold! Gap under the door. You have to hold the handle forever to get the toilet to flush. The "breakfast" area had 2 slices of bread and coffee. I'd seriously avoid this hotel if possible. No chain on door. Used toilet paper roll. Sticky goo on phone. No fridge. And don't miss it because their sign is missing.

Stayed here for work and was upgraded to a king from a double queen upon arrival. Service was great and the prices were very good. Parking was sufficient but the property was an older building that has been spruced up a little and updated. I would stay here again if I ever travel out that way.

These people took a $50 amenity fee (items used), we didn't use a thing and they still charged $20 plus an alarm went off next door at 4 am in the morning and it took me 3 THREE calls for them to come and shut it off. TERRIBLE place...DO NOT STAY THER!

When I arrived the staff was not friendly or welcoming. When I got to our room there was someone else’s underwear in our restroom behind the bathroom door. The room smelled like human pee and dog pee was left and not cleaned up from previous guests. There was what looked like black mold all over ceiling in the restroom. The TV didn’t turn on at all. With four people in our room we only had two towels to share and the trash was not taken out the entire time we staid for three days. The trash over filled and I had to take it out . When doing so I saw trash under the bag from people before us. The microwave was dirty from the guests before us. Food was caked on to the glass plate in the microwave. The shower head was falling out of the wall and didn’t have hot water. a/c would not stay on for longer then a few minutes and the. Was so faint you couldn’t feel a thing. Worst part is there was roaches coming out of the breakfast bar during breakfast. So gross I will never stay there again. Truly a place I had to snot sleep in. We couldn’t afford to stay elsewhere so we took turns sleeping in the car.

Easy check-in and staff is very friendly. The property is old but has been remodeled. The room was clean and stocked with the essentials. my room faced the parking so I appreciated the black out curtains. It is located off the interstate so there was no traffic drone; with all the semis on I-40, that's nice. It is located on the west end of Winslow -- easy access from I-40 on Route 66 or Business 40. Will stay there again! O, and breakfast was simple: Waffles, juice, coffee, cereal...did I mention waffles?

Put in reservation , thought it was for the day I was doing it, when it went through, it was 2 weeks out, I guess auto does that, but went to hotel and explained what happened, and wanted to switch it to the day I was there, and the local management wouldn’t do anything to help, just sell me another room for the night. I won’t do business there , crappy way to do business, when you have the opportunity to do an easy adjustment, but just want more money out of people
