Had a great stay. Overall very clean and convenient location transportation wise. Bed was comfortable and amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and let me check in much earlier since my room was ready. The only thing is you can’t adjust the temperature of your room, so it was a bit cold at night, but still had a lovely experience and would stay again in the future. Thanks!
A bit too far from the city center to my taste, with very few dining options in the immediate vicinity, even though there is a convenient and quick tram connection to the center of town. Other than that, it is a modern, tastefully decorated hotel with a friendly staff and all expected amenities.

However, the following day a staff member indicated that it hadn’t been paid and refused to believe that we had, in fact, done so. All of this in front of other guests. Just a warning for anyone who decides to pay for breakfast at check in. The system “didn’t reflect “ that payment. That was an unpleasant experience. A suggestion to improve the breakfast experience for those who don’t consume milk products. Other alternatives should be easily offered: almond, soy, oat milk.

Clean hotel, 1/2 block from the famous Swiss public transportation system. Buffet breakfast is good (be sure to try the scrambled eggs, which are made with Swiss cream), but coffee is the standard dark roast you find everywhere in Switzerland. Gym and sauna are not open in the morning, which is when we wanted to use them. Our room overlooked a pleasant neighborhood of private homes and gardens. Several restaurants and a brewpub within 5-10 minute walk. Front desk is very helpful.
No Air condition in the room, no running water , terrible customer service.
very rude people in the reception area, they cover for each other and compete who is the meanest. the staff in the restaurant area swear in Spanish because they think no one can understand what they are saying. the air conditioning doesn't work its a fan. the lady in the reception area tries to convince you it is air conditioning and she claims that they are not allowed to put the temperature low. so the room is hot and the carpet the the room smells because its dirty. the bathroom is dirty hair on the floor and stuck in corners. to top it off the shower had lots of hair in the the bathtub. the food in the breakfast area is basic nothing special. we tried to print our boarding pass, but the printer had no toner. then when we asked the front desk person about how to print he said you can email it and then twice he claimed not to get untill we insisted he check then his partner went and printed it. it seemed the workers at this hotel dont like their jobs.
Easy check in, 15 minutes tram ride to the city center. Not too many options for restaurants around the hotel. The hotel breakfast was too expensive. Cleaned and modern rooms.
