Being upgraded to an apartment was a real bonus, the room was very clean and modern, the happy hour(s) in the onsite bar were very reasonable and the staff in general were very welcoming. The hotel is well positioned a short 10 minute walk from the harbour.

Lovely stay- very comfortable bed and loved how dark the room could be ( good for a sleep in) Just wish I knew what we were in an Accessible Room- taking a shower made the bathroom all wet and the sink was very low - we are very tall - so awkward to use- but really minor inconvenience-

Spacious, modern and well equipped rooms right in the heart of the CBD. Feels like this place is a hidden gem, very unassuming from the outside but when you enter it gives the feel of a more upmarket hotel. Check-in and check-out was very easy, as was parking

The size of the room, the amenities in the room eg the clothes line, night light, block out curtains, multiple mirrors in the bedroom, and the couches, the comfy bed, and the balcony, the cleanliness, the service of the staff and little additions like the birthday card and dark chocolate honeycomb (which was to die for), it was the full experience. The hotel is conveniently located, a stone throw away from utilities and eating places. The only thing I would suggest is to have better lighting especially where the small mirror near the door is located. I used this space to put on my makeup and would have appreciated a bit of lighting for ease. Thank you so much RACV for a wonderful stay. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends. Keep up the standards.
