This accomodation was great! Very clean and had a newly renovated bathroom which was lovely. Room was clean and provided everything we needed. Very conveniently located in the city. Complementary breakfast provided which suited to our dietary requirements for a lactose and gluten intolerance. Ange is a fantastic host and we’d happily return again when we’re in Hobart.

This is the second time we've stayed in Argyle accommodation. Check in process is very streamlined, using password lock to enter (no need for keys). We stayed in the king room. The room was tidy and spacious with a small dining table in the middle and an ensuite bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well! There is communial kitchen and dining area where cereal and bread is provided for breakfast. This provides a lot more flexibility for making food than staying in a hotel. The accommodation is in a convenient location with lots of food options and just minutes away from Franklin Wharf and Salamanca Markets. The only down side is there is no onsite parking. However there is plenty of street parking which are free between 630pm to 830am. There are also several paid carparks nearby.

Nicely renovated property perfect for our needs for 3 nights in Hobart. Easy walking distance to the CBD area, Woolworths, Salamanca markets. Love that breakfast was included, so many cereal options, meant that it was one less thing to worry about. Personal keycodes to the room was excellent for a family of 5 who have different schedules. It felt clean and safe, highly recommended! Probably not suitable to someone who can't climb stairs. Some recommendations would be: more hanging space/shelving in both batroom/room, a full length mirror, latch/lock on the bathroom door (we have teens) an extra bin in the bathroom.

The room was a perfect size for the 5 of us, clean and with great amenities. We really appreciated the breakfast bar! It was so kind to be contacted about the lost prescription glasses and a time made to collect them. I can't tell you how much we appreciated it.

Small family run affordable accommodation with clean room, comfortable bed and although private bathroom was just down the hall it was clean and convenient. Free breakfast was in a communal area. Good choice of cereal, milk, breads and condiments. Separate kitchen for food preparation. Location was excellent being in CBD and only a short walk to waterfront, restaurants and shops.
