Excellent staff, clean room, a lots of choices for breakfast

Probably the best value for the money in Ho Chi Minh. The physical structure is a bit old-school, but it is well-taken care of and has al of the amenities one would expect from a four-star property. The staff is fantastic; very attentive, always willing to help out and go the extra mile. Even the General Manager spends a great deal of time talking with the guests to see what he can do to make our experiences better. Also, breakfast is good; nice selection of both Asian and Western options (and they actually know how to make crispy bacon!). Breads, of course, are excellent, as is the coffee...which is to be expected in Vietnam. Overall, my third experience was just as great as my first two, and I'm looking forward to staying there again on my next trip.

Hotal near by center of HCM, near by US consulate. Room was ok, LCD was not 40 inch as website but ok since I did not time to watch TV anyway. Breakfast buffet very good. Staff is friendly. My room's AC was not working at day 1 and they was change a new room for me. My 1st night was very hot, can not sleep.

Pros: very professional team, friendly, courteous, helpful, customers dedication from front desk, bell boys to the breakfast staff. The three young ladies at breakfast are so warm, friendly and always smiling (speaking good English). Even some customers were kind of rude to them. Clean & bright lobby. Good consistent internet speed. No issue with hot water in shower, air conditioning or elevator. Good functioning refrigerator. Lots of windows (speaking only for a suite). Good bed size & comfortable. Easy to get a taxi in front of hotel. Decent location away for the busy District 1 but not too far. Also, they give your passports right back, not holding them (big thumbs up for this or just b/c we prepaid the room?). Cons: housekeeping wasn't at their best even we asked them cleaned our room only twice during our 6 nights stay. Food at breakfast were not bad but unfortunately cold, except for the soup. Would be better if you find a way to keep the food warm. Room size quite small for a suite (we had stayed at similar hotel range and a deluxe room was bigger than this suite). Bathroom is very small due to having both bathtub and shower to satisfy all kind of customers but keep in mind, some customers would still rather have more space with either bathtub or shower. Be careful Aristo, competition is fierce - for the same price people can find better places to stay. A few nights is ok but for long stay we will go somewhere else.

I stayed two nights in Aristo hotel. It's a nice place with very nice and helpful staff. My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was acceptable. The big issue with this hotel was poor ventilation in hallways. All hallways were hot and stank.

Nice hotel within walking distance to downtown. The hotel staff is good, cheerful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is hearty with a variety of vietnamese and western food. Vietravel office is a few steps away providing all sorts of local tours.

Stayed multiple days at this hotels. First night was upgraded from a regular twin-room to a suite, the largest room available at this hotel. The manager, Mr. Hai, and the hotel staffs are very nice and attentive. Breakfast has good varieties, better than some other 4-stars hotels. My wife and I had enjoyed the noodle soup and their coffee with condensed milk so much that the staffs just automatically asked us every morning if they should prepare them for us. Hotel location is closed to main attractions ( Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, Dong Khoi street, Diamond Plaza etc.). The family room (1 king bed and 1 twin bed) that we stayed in was very roomy for the 2 of us. The suite and family rooms are larger with wood-floor. They are located at the end of the hallway so they have larger windows and less hallway noise. The regular twin-rooms are smaller with smaller windows and some are still with carpeted floor. However, Mr Hai said that they are remodeling right now, room by room. Thank you Aristo's staffs, we had a pleasant stay.

Walking distance to major attractions. The hotel should be rated as three and a half stars rather than four stars. The top floor restaurant is clean and professional. Breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of western and eastern food. Hotel staff is very helpful.

This is a very nice hotel to stay at. The hotel is in a wonderful area in District 1 - within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. I always got home easily. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great, too. I definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast each morning is very nice, and the rooms are dated, but still clean and well-maintained. What will keep me coming back is the hotel staff, all of whom are responsive, attentive, and wonderfully friendly. The hotel manager makes several appearances over the course of breakfast each morning to ask after guests and see if there is anything he can do to make our stay better. My one issue with this hotel is the lack of soundproofing among guest rooms, as it seems like every noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms finds its way through the walls. Other than that, this is a wonderful little hotel in a great location.

Room clean , restaurant 24/24 with nice food , staff service so good I will be back to stay and recomment to friend

The room has very strong bad old odor. Bed and furniture tend to wear out. Rooms are lot sound proof. You can hear very single voice and steps on the hallway. Some staff are unfriendly and not willing to do their jobs. Breakfast has decent selection and very good. There are nothing special to impress me to go back Aristo besides the price.

Brand new facilities, excellent buffet breakfast. Walking distance to many sites. Extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good and safe for stay Location nearby center and I like Ke the hotel restaurant 24/24

Overall okay hotel in good area. The hotel room itself was small. Staff was present, but didn't go above and beyond like the hotel staff we had in Hanoi. Shower water was also extremely cold our entire trip and the spa was slightly uncomfortable. Staff were not professional at all in the spa and were a little "skeevy" if you know what I mean.

Great 4star for great price. I would book it again if I'm ever in the area.

This is a brand new hotel, just opened about two weeks before our arrival. The hotel was still working on completing the reconstruction.
