It is located on the 1st floor with view from Balcony. All bedding is hotel quality standards with TV. Modern toilet with washlet. With bathroom & powder area. Washing machine. An ideal place to stay in Hiroshima.



Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.



The Space:

This 40 sqm 2 floors apartment has very good location , few mins away from the center of Hiroshima city. 2 mins walk to baseball museum. Located on the 1st floor



Sleeping arrangement :



1st bedroom :

1x Queen size bed (sleeps 2 adults)



2nd Bedroom :

1x Queen size bed ( sleeps 2 adult)



Total : 4 adult sleep comfortably



Kitchen which is fully equipped with pots and pans to ensure a good dining experience.



Consists of a washing machine (free detergent ),



Each guest will be provided with one set of towels. All the towels are provide from professional Hotel



All the furniture and decorations have been picked out tastefully for the guests, with no detail overlooked and no attention spared. I want you to feel home when you are staying with us.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to entire property, No share issue with anyother guests

All of the amenities are located at closet.. Feel free to check out the amenities, and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Driving in downtown area can be a little confusing, especially if you are new. If you don't have a car, public transportation is a great choice.

Other Things to Note:

House comes with:

All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it.



In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.

Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Securtiy Camera :



My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
