Stay was alright. Room was big, bed comfortable but our experience was tainted by the fact our luggage delivery wasn’t done properly and none of the two staff confirmed a date, emailed us after we checked out to tell us that not only the luggage was still at the hotel (I have it to them the day before in the hope of receiving it at the next hotel 48hrs later…) I was offered to send it straight to the airport but refused a refund or compensation for the stress + the fact that I had to buy clothes as I was left with no luggage for for 2 days which I find disappointing. Other than that, hotel is located in a good spot, bath was enjoyable and comfy , bed very comfy and we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. Our room had a lovely view, we loved that we could use our Netflix and other services on the TV. So it was overall good, just felt the customer service could have been a bit better

The rooms were tiny. I asked about breakfast and was told they were fully booked for the next 2 days. The next morning my family in another room went for breakfast and were allowed to dine without reserving….albeit a sparse offering for £19 each. We arranged bag forwarding from Tokyo and whilst the air tags showed them on site the staff said come back later. Cleaning of rooms is only done on request. Disappointing hotel

Room 824 needs to be rearranged. 2 twin bed side by side. No way to get out except crawling to the feet end. Recommend a queen bed. TV not visible from bed. Recommend TV be placed over desk. Breakfast needs more variety of pastries, sausage needs to be more crunchy and hot. Bread pudding and potato dishes excellent. Various items not replaced…had to wait. Coffee machine slow.

Excellent Roof top spa/bath

The hotel is located very close to the heart of the city and is close to the tram station. The front desk is on 13th floor of building and has an excellent view. Stay are friendly and efficient, rooms are standard Japanese size but it’s super clean. The hotel had a roof top bath which was really lovely. Highly recommend.

We had a hard time finding the front desk which is at the 13th floor. The service was really good. The breakfast as well. The AC was not strong enough for our room. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great location - easy to get to Hiroshima Station on the tram. Close to large shopping area. Nice spa on the top floor - but it’s a Japanese onsen, so separate spas for men and women and it’s 100% nude. Breakfast leaned more to Asian tastes but there enough Western options to get by. Room was clean, if a bit on the small side. Overall, a good option for those traveling to Hiroshima who want something safe, clean and welcoming without breaking the bank.
