We had a super week in Hilton Head... great family time, nice end of summer weather and this beautiful house! The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The house was immediately comfortable and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend this house!

Great house in HH

Our first time in HH, and the house was fantastic! Plenty of room and amenities for everyone to have their own space, close to the beach, and a wonderful pool.

Great family vacation

This was our 2025 family vacation location. The house was perfect for our 12 family members, ranging in ages from super-adult to two months. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the island - finding the location perfect for our needs. The six bedrooms were exactly what we needed to provide all couples and pairs of children with private sleeping quarters. Two thumbs up!

Great Property! Can't wait to stay again!

The house was amazing. Great location, large open floor plan with many amenities. We shared this house with 2 other families for a total of 14 people and had plenty of space and privacy when needed. We will definitely be back and will stay at this property again.

It’s perfect!

My family and I had the best time!!! The house was exactly as listed and was perfect for us. Amy and her husband were very easy to get into contact with and were amazing hosts! I would 100% recommend this house and hope to return!

Fantastic Beach House!

21 Holloman is a first class place. Lots of room, super clean, great communication with owners and house manager, and the perfect set-up for hanging by the pool and getting to the beach. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in North Forest Beach over the years and this is one of the best!

The best vacation ever

This house was so perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone, beautiful and clean and a good location. The pool was enjoyed by all ages. My favorite spot was the sun room. We also loved the game room and the kid’s room with NBA Jam. Having an elevator was the perk I didn’t know I needed. We didn’t use it more than a couple of times, but it was appreciated. We had the best vacation and hope to return next summer. Thanks to our host and the excellent property manager.

He k in was easy. House was available about 2 hours before the check in time. Property mgr sent a text with door code and garage code. After we arrived the property mgr stopped by to go over things like using TVs, Sonos etc.

Fantastic House for large family

We loved this home. It was perfect for our family - there were 15 of us! It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and 2 laundry rooms. The pool and deck area was perfect for gathering during the day. The proximity of the beach was perfect! Communication with the property manage was easy. Overall, we would highly recommend this property! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing Home

Wow what an amazing new home. The layout is well thought out with an elevated pool. All high end finishes and it’s a close walk to the beach. Both the owner and the property manager communicated with me and the trip with four families was a great success. Will be repeat customers.

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful trip! The pool was so fabulous to have at the house- we had several children who love to swim. The beach was closer than I thought- houses are close together which was fine, no issue with noise. It was really quiet for being so close to everything.. We loved having 2 fridges especially with such a big family. We’ll be back!!

Immaculate home with a great location!

The pictures and descriptions were exactly as we found the home. It has a great layout and so much room! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is amazing and equipped with everything anyone needs. There are too many extras to even list! We will definitely stay here on our next family trip to HIlton Head.
