This charming newly renovated (August 2018) freestanding villa offers a King bed with Flat Screen TV and Private Bath with Shower. The Living Room is outfitted with a Flat Screen TV, High Speed Internet & a Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave plus a washer & dryer for your convenience. A Spacious and luxuriously decorated Screened Porch is located off of the Living Room & provides a peaceful space for your morning coffee. Easy access to this lovely home in Sea Pines. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect cottage for a single or couple. Very comfortable screened back porch. Biked around Sea Pines easily. We’ve stayed in several Night Heron units; this is the nicest of all. Beautifully furnished, king bed w upgraded mattress, many amenities. Only downside is no outdoor patio, no grill.

We enjoyed every single thing about our trip! From the island, to Sea Pines , to our property and it's location. We found it exactly as described and clean as a whistle. The one bedroom was perfect in size for us and the screen in porch became the perfect place for early morning reading and coffee. Already planning our next trip.

My Wife and I Loved this Place!

Remodeled and very clean. So awesome to have your own little place rather than sharing a wall like in a hotel. In my opinion, this property is located on the best part of Hilton Head. 5 min walk from property to beach. Beach is awesome! warm and the sand is fine. Loved all of it!
