Tranquil spot, updated accommodations
Our stay was about 9 days. Villa has a wonderful refreshing feel. This unit has been updated compared to other units bringing you into 2019. My parents unit nearby looked like it was stuck in the 70/80’s. This is a single story unit. So for the older guests, it makes access very easy. Great location to relax after a day at the beach, golfing etc. l played the Fabio course which this unit sits on the 12th tee. I was able to dart into the unit to grab a few beers and continued our round. Make sure you take a walk after hours to hole 11 green and check out the bird island and spectacular views. Bring the camera! We also grilled a few steaks on the patio. Can you imagine the smell and look on the passing golfers and neighbors. They were envious.
The only minor drawback is that the unit is not near the beach. You will have to drive five minutes or bicycle 15 minutes. Pool is only a few minutes walk away! Alligators are in the pond/shore nearby but only in the morning hours when it’s cooler.
We recommend to check-in then take inventory of what is available in regards to cooking ingredients, laundry soap, bath soaps, etc. Then head to the Kroger’s grocery store (open 24/7) and get what you need. The only request we have is to re-cushion the dinner table chairs. They are lacking in support. Everything was as described in the listing.
