Ocean Gate Villas offers exceptional beach access via a convenient path located just across the street, allowing you to enjoy the sand and surf without the cost of direct oceanfront accommodations. Inside, the villa features an open and airy layout filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at the property. House is nicely updated. Had one small issue and management company addressed immediately. Walk to the beach takes about 6-7 minutes. The complex is small, so very few people enjoying pool and outdoor court at the same time. The beach area is not crowded at all, which I found to be my favorite part about staying in the unit. The beach closet is full of chairs, sand toys, wagon, boogie boards etc. There are places to wash your feet at the front door and back patio doors. If I had one complaint, I wish they had a window treatment on the large second story window in the rear. The sun beats on the loft area trundle beds and makes it hard for those sleeping in that area. Otherwise, great week with all the comforts that you need. Would definitely return and stay again.
