Welcome to a little slice of Heaven at 507 Queens Grant. Your family and friends will love this large, comfortable and fully stocked three-bedroom Queens Grant villa.
This unit is one of the few private/wooded lots in Queens Grant. No neighbors behind you except for the deer in the woods! Enjoy peaceful time out on the beautiful deck with the sounds of Hilton Head nature behind you.
The kitchen is beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large amount of counter space to prepare a meal for your family. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for your stay. There is a large Dining area that seats more than 6 guests.
The living room is just beyond the kitchen and has been tastefully decorated in a beach-contemporary décor. There are several different seating options, more than enough for everyone to be comfortable. An HDTV with cable is provided for your entertainment.
Completing the first-floor layout is the primary bedroom and primary bathroom. The bedroom consists of a King bed and an HDTV. The primary bathroom is wonderfully updated with a custom tiled walk-in shower and custom vanity as well as separate access to the private deck.
Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill guest bathroom. The first guest bedroom consists of two double beds while the second has one twin and one Queen bed. Both bedrooms have HDTVs for your enjoyment! The guest bathroom consists of a tiled tub and shower combination and two-sink vanity.
From the living and dining areas is a glass slider to your expansive private deck area. Several seating options ensure you'll be able to sit back and enjoy the nice Carolina breeze!
The beach is accessed easily by a short walk. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is literally steps away from your door as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexanders Restaurant!
