First Time Visit to Hilton Head

Our stay was great, down to the accommodations in the home and the location, it was just perfect and worked great with our needs. I will more than likely book again when I visit Hilton Head again.

Great Location

The property was in a perfect location for the wedding we were attending. The house could use a deep clean, but nothing that ruined our time. There was an issue with the fridge not working, but the manager responded timely and got us a replacement the next day. Overall a beautiful rental.

Wonderful Week

Our family of five stayed with another family for 1 week on Hilton Head. This property was perfect for us. A 5 min walk to the beach and the pool in the backyard was amazing!! The perfect amount of shade and sun in the backyard. The house was a good size for 10 people. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Highly recommend this place!!

Annual family vacation 11-12 people

Very nice updating/remodeling, kitchen, baths, floors, painting. A few suggestions: More towel bars and hooks (none in master bath) 2nd fridge in garage, if possible. Trimming back trees in pool area and other yard maintenance.

Great Location and Family-Friendly Layout, But Needs a Little TLC

We recently stayed at this home for a family vacation and loved the location — it's truly within biking distance to the beach and several great shops and restaurants. The house itself is spacious and well laid out for a large family, with a great entertaining area that made gathering together easy and enjoyable.That said, there are a few things to note. While the home appeared clean at first glance, it could definitely use a deep clean in some areas. We also had a few concerns during our stay, including issues with the hot tub. When we reached out, we were told the owners had only recently acquired the property and weren't fully familiar with how everything worked yet. They did send someone out, but it wasn’t until the day before we left.Pool lovers should also know that the pool area stays mostly in the shade until late afternoon, which may be a plus or a minus depending on your preferences.Overall, it’s a nice home with a lot of potential — just in need of a little extra attention to reach its full comfort and convenience. With some updates and a deeper clean, it could be a five-star stay.
