Updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Hilton Head Island with private outdoor balcony off the living room. Located in building 1, closest to the private boardwalk leading to the beach.

Hilton Head Resort includes 3 pools; 1 main outdoor pool (seasonally heated) in building 1, a smaller outdoor pool in building 4, and a heated indoor pool in building 3.

Take a relaxing 6 minute stroll on the boardwalk to reach the beach, or ride the courtesy golf cart shuttle (seasonal).

Enjoy Coco's on the Beach, the resort's oceanfront bar and grill with excellent food and fantastic drinks (closed November 1 through mid-March). Coco's has on site restrooms, just steps away from the beach.

Unlock the ultimate getaway with Hilton Head Resort’s amazing amenities! Enjoy laundry access, beach fun, a fitness center, an indoor jogging/walking track, a sauna, a hot tub, and a steam room. Building 2 is your urban oasis packed with top-notch amenities! Take a tranquil stroll through the garden, bask in the sunshine on our expansive sun deck, perfect for soaking up rays or stargazing by night. Challenge friends to a match at the badminton court, a dynamic space for both casual and competitive play. Ready for adventure? Rent a bike from Ocean View, the onsite bike rental service, with daily and weekly rental rates. Building 2 offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for an unforgettable stay!

Building 3 has amenities to enjoy year-round! Here you'll find the indoor heated pool, kid's pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room, and jogging track—perfect for cooler or rainy days. There's also a small arcade room with a cash/change machine for extra entertainment.

Get ready for endless outdoor fun at Building 4! Enjoy six newly resurfaced, lighted tennis courts, a smaller outdoor pool, and two pickleball courts. We supply 4 pickleball paddles and balls for your use! Fire up the barbecue grills and relax on the new picnic tables—just bring your own BBQ supplies charcoal, and food!

Enjoy hassle-free access to the condo with our electronic door lock—no keys to carry or lose! Getting in and out of the condo is a breeze, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay.

Take advantage of our state-of-the-art laundry facilities located 1 floor down! Our cutting-edge machines will send you a text message once your items are done washing or drying, making laundry a breeze. Enjoy more time relaxing and less time waiting. Machines take credit card and mobile pay!

Island Sunrise Condo boasts a fully stocked kitchen, ready for all your culinary adventures! Equipped with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and essential spices, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. We have a Keurig coffee machine, a traditional coffee pot, a crock pot, baking sheets, pizza pan, wine opener, ice maker, and more! Enjoy the convenience and comfort of cooking at home while on vacation.
