Great place!

This is a great condo to stay at. It is very close to the beach and it is clean. The building has luggage carts and grocery carts to help with carrying anything in. The condo has a great view of the ocean and clean comfortable furniture on the inside. The beds were comfortable and overall it was everything I expected. The communication with the property owner/manager was easy and the check in process was simple to understand. Make sure you use your GPS when you are driving in, because the first time you drive in, you might miss it. It is tucked back off of the road.

Great location but unit had a few issues

Great location -- fourth floor unit with a gorgeous view of the ocean, easy walking distance to the beach, and easy driving distance to everything else. While the unit itself was comfortable and spacious, there were two significant issues: 1) Often when we sat on the balcony, we were driven back inside by the smell of cigar smoke from a lower unit ; 2) The big screen TV on the living room wall had a pixelated picture, at least when I tried to watch NBA games. Overall I had the feeling that no one lived in the unit since a couple of things needed repair (a dysfunctional blind in the master bedroom and. a dining room ceiling fan that made a clicking sound on any speed except low), and we felt that other aspects of the unit (like the TV) would have been replaced or updated if someone were actually living there. All that said, we loved getting to know HHI, and, again, we loved the location.

Great view and proximity to the beach

The condo has a lovely view of the beach and a short easy walk to the ocean and the pool. These things made the trip a success. The keypad entry was also very convenient. They provided lots of bath towels as well as four beach towels. The rooms are a good size and perfect for a family of four. However, the interior is just okay. It’s kept clean but could use updating especially the carpet (tile would be much better), the couch with the broken springs, and the recliner with multiple stains. The outdoor carpeting is disgusting - again why not use tile. Overall we had a nice time but will not likely rent again.

Excellent experience

This condo was in a great location right on the beach. The pool is also very nice. It has everything you need including a Kuerig coffee as well as a 12 cup coffee pot. The condo is a little dated but was clean and comfortable.

1st Hilton Head visit

Wonderful location and view. The unit was average with the exception of cleanliness. The shower curtain in the double bed bath had good amount of mildew. The master had a cookie under the bed.

Great ocean view

If you're looking for great ocean views, this is the place for you! We loved being able to hear the ocean waves and feeling like we're on the beach by just sliding the doors open. And when we wanted to go to the actual beach, there's a walkway that leads directly from the 1st floor of the complex to the beach...could not be easier and simpler! The check-in process was easy and the parking lot was not over crowded. The ocean view and the location made up for the not-so-comfortable couch and the slightly aged unit. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the master bathroom was great as well with good shower pressure. We would definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back again!

Terrific view, Run down Condo

This accommodation was minimal at best--silverware didn't match, only two mugs, mismatched dishes, old furniture; definitely needs to be updated and refreshed. You couldn't beat the view or convenient access to the beach though.

Great location with oceanfront views.

The property is good. The on-site managers are terrific and extremely responsive. The condos are nice-a little dated but great views.
