Great location, between 2 hot spots, Harbor town and Coligny. Close to beach access. Ride and walking paths for days! Quiet neighborhood. Home is nicely decorated. Shower has great pressure. AC works great. We would return.

Listing agency is the best we have ever worked with. All perfect communications with them which was much appreciated. And given how Hideaway was supplied by them I can assume all the properties they support are beautiful and comfortable. The house was described and pictured perfectly. It was just the right size for us. Kitchen was beautiful, as was every room in the house. Decorated nicely thru out. Bedding, pillows and towels all top notch and very comfortable. Landscaping very nice and lush. Pool was awesome. Was used in the sun and in the rain. All details provided a relaxing visit which is what we wanted. Short drive to The Beach Club and Harbour Town but riding bikes to and fro was a much more preferred way to go. Enjoyable bike rides to The Beach Club, Harbour Town, horse paddocks/barn and everywhere in between. The bike/walking paths in Sea Pines are shaded by trees in most spots which adds to the enjoyment of a bike ride. Overall, one of the best VRBO experiences we have had to date. For our next visit to HHI, we will definitely look for listings by Linda and Jay of Team Beachside HHI due the care and attention to detail they provided us during our stay. Thank you very much Linda and Jay!

Cute little house

Decided to take a short trip with my 15-year-old and six month old. The six month old is a lot to handle so I will just stay at a house with a pool and my husband found this for me and it was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach Every day sometimes a few times a day. Would stay here again. Or possibly one of their other properties that are closer to the beach.

Private night swims all year long

We were tired of staying in condos. This pet friendly private home was located perfectly between the two SeaPines gates & gave us easy access out of the plantation. The house is at the end of the street with exceptional privacy. The heated pool was an absolute delight and the interior design was top notch. We hope to stay here again with our two young adult children and beagles.

Fall Getaway.

Everything was great. As we told the property managers, the doors and windows need better window coverings to feel safer at night. The front door and back patio doors had no coverings and the other windows and doors had thin ones that you could see through. The exception was the master bedroom which had a secure shade. If there were no houses surrounding the house, that would be different. The trees and shrubs at the side and behind the house are not thick enough to block views from the neighbors if they chose to look. FYI.

Great Location, Great Host, Perfect home

The home was just wonderful, clean, freshly updated, stocked with essentials and the pool was just the right size to cool off and have a little down time. Location was great, short bike ride to beach (hint - look for beach access points). Community had lots of bike trails and a Publix very close by. We enjoyed a trail ride on the stables just down the street and jet skiing and boating at Sea Monkeys! One of the best hosts I have even had on VRBO- super proactive with information, very accommodating and responses promptly. If we visit Hilton Head Island again, we will book this location. Oh, I forgot to mention they offer a discount for return guests.

Fabulous house! Just Perfect!

This house was just so cute and perfect for our getaway to HHI. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay in Sea Pines. The pool was perfect for our kids to stay entertained at the house. Very nice! Oh, and it was such an easy bike ride to the beach, even pulling two kids!! The hosts were very helpful, giving us all the information we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was great, the pool was not clean I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool there was green angle on the bottom and particles floating in the water not on top of the water. I am a high end pool builder and the pool company that takes care of this property should be fired. Otherwise than the pool my wife and I loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was in a great location, loved the private pool, family friendly and the management team was very responsive and helpful. Also, I would recommend renting bikes to get the full effect of visiting Hilton Head.

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful trip! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very well maintained, clean and organized. Our children loved the pool. In fact, we barely spent any time at the beach because they just wanted to play at the pool. It was the perfect size for our family with a couple new swimmers. Linda and Jay were easy to communicate with and made the whole process very easy. This was definitely one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in and hope to book our future Hilton Head vacations with Linda and Jay.

The perfect getaway

Had such a wonderful and peaceful stay! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our 2 dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. The closest beach path is a nice scenic walk or bike ride away, about .6/.7 miles from the house. Home was equipped with everything you need and exactly as described in the listing. Perfect sized pool! The house is very close to a big pond with a large gator so it’s very important you keep your dogs on a leash or eyes on them at all times when out back. Friendly hosts! We will definitely be back!
