Five day stay was terrific. Condo was nice. Pool area clean. Short walk to beach. Added bonus was the wagon to pull stuff to the beach and the umbrella was great for some shade on the beach. Also a short walk to a bunch of shops.

Great location on the beach. Very clean and perfect for a couple. Having more than 2 people would have been tight quarters. Host was very responsive when I had questions. 2nd time staying at this location when coming to Hilton Head. Just .4 miles to Coligny Plaza and lots of ahops and restaurants.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
I didn’t receive communication with address until I called at 10 the morning of check-in. I was traveling from a couple hours away. Wrong instructions for door code which required another phone call and waiting, live roach, no icemaker (ice cube trays), not sufficient lighting (no lamps), bed location in bedroom required crawling over bed to get to bedside table for phone, etc., again no lamp or sufficient lighting. A/C was good.

Clean room, but very strong smell of Pine Sol (I hate Pine Sol). It would be better if a less pungent cleaner was used. Had issues with keypad lock - poor instructions (press the checkmark before the code, not after). All else was very good. Great location and amenities.
