The newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach cottage will have you hooked from the second you step inside.

The home offers four beautifully decorated bedrooms including one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds. The open grey and white floor plan allows guests to lounge in one of two spacious living rooms. Choose the upstairs lounge, watching the 50” screen tv, while others are in the fully equipped kitchen or dining area. Choose the second living area downstairs, with another 50” and Netflix, as others are lounging in the screened in porch just off the pool deck.

There’s no need to bring a lot with you, we have everything you could think of! The beds are fully made up with extra soft linens and plush towels are provided. Enjoy fresh hand soaps and shampoos, and when you’re finished, use one of our complimentary hair dryers. Our large washer and dryer is fully equipped with soaps and dryer sheets.

This is Hilton Head, and you know the real magic happens once you step outside! No matter how you choose to relax, we’ve got just the thing for you! Step into the enclosed, spacious backyard for a dip in your private *heated pool the largest on North Forrest Beach sporting its own tanning ledge built in! Naturally, Hilton Head didn’t get voted #1 Best Island in the US or #2 Island in the World by Conde Nast for OUR pool, but a short walk to the beach is all the proof you’ll need. Just 50 steps through your own secluded beach access to where the dunes open to the possibilities of sandcastles and long sunset walks.


When you’re in the mood for adventure and investigating, head out from our quiet neighborhood just down the bike path to our popular Coligny shopping area. Here you’ll find a theater, several of the 250 renowned restaurants on the island, scattered among several spas and boutiques the island has become famous for.

For an educational experience, head over to the Coastal Discovery Museum just a short distance down our 12-mile island. Here you’ll learn why, on Hilton Head Island, we are passionate about our turtles, learn some interesting facts and even more about the turtle nests we’ve adopted each season.

Lovely beach house

This was a beautiful beach house that was incredibly well appointed. The decor was lovely and the kitchen and rest of the house were VERY well stocked! More than we could have hoped for! They also left us a wonderful charcuterie board and bottle of wine for when we arrived! Wow! Thank you for your hospitality!

Close to the beach

We loved how close we were to the beach and Coligny Plaza and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens were awesome. Definitively the cleanest house we have ever rented. The only drawback was how hot the downstairs was. The queen bedroom on the lower level was too warm to sleep well. I am not sure if this was due to a previous storm moving through or just normally this warm. The pool was amazing, I really lived the tanning ledge. Susan is amazing to work with and extremely responsive and kind.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We were a group of 5 adults and 1 toddler, and this was the perfect spot for us. The pool, outdoor space, and two living areas made it a great place to relax and hang out at the house, and the beach was only a couple minutes walk. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, and we would definitely stay here again or recommend for others.

Perfect Cottage

This beach cottage is amazing! Perfect location with just a short walk up a path to the beach and close proximity to the shopping at Coligny Plaza. The pool was great for relaxing in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. The cottage itself was so nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Susan was a top notch host. HHI 2023

We had an amazing experience booking Rusty and Susan’s vacation property. The pool was a godsend in the Aug heart and humidity. The beach was very close, the path leading down was easy to walk. Communication with Fred, the property manager, was quick. He solved any and all issues immediately. Susan sent a lovely cheese and fruit board during our stay. She also booked us a complimentary dolphin cruise. I can’t thank them enough for sharing their beautiful property with our family. We definitely made memories that’ll last a lifetime!!

The Total Package

You can't go wrong staying at 96N! The house was immaculate upon check-in and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want for a week at the beach. Location is absolutely perfect: far enough away from public beach access points so you have plenty of space on the beach, but close enough for short bike rides to Coligny Park and plenty of activities. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to accommodate our party of six adults and one child. While the house itself is reason enough to stay here, the property owners truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Susan provided a wealth of information and recommendations for things to do on HHI and always replied to messages instantly with helpful and informative answers to anything you could ask. It is clear that the owners take great pride and find joy in ensuring you create lasting memories while staying at their home. Next time we're in Hilton Head, we know where we'll be looking to stay!

Wonderful Hilton Head Cottage

This cottage was perfect for my sister and I’s families. The decor was beautiful. The home was clean and had extra amenities to use such as a beach wagon, beach towels, bocce ball, outdoor jenga, gas grill, etc. And, the pool was the perfect size! Would highly recommend this cottage. It was the perfect space for four adults and 4 teenagers!

Perfect Family Beach Trip

This property fully surpassed our expectations. Just steps to the beach and the private pool was so much fun for our kids. Cozy beds, seating and plenty of amenities that were taken care of just so you could be there to simply enjoy yourself and family. We plan to return next year. Beach'n is a delightful cottage. It was perfect for our family of 7. It is literally just steps from the beach and perfectly situated for visits to Coligny Plaza and Shelter Cove. All of the amenities in the listing were exactly as stated. Susan was the perfect host answering questions about the house and advising on reservations, excursions and dining. We hope to return to this property. Although our family is growing so we may have to look at 23 Holloman.

This house is the perfect house for a week at the beach. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! The house is as described, clean and in a great location. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to a ton of restaurants.
