Great family vacation spot

The house was very clean and had a ton of amenities. Location is great, short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants and put put are with in walking distance as well. We really enjoyed our time in this house.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. We used and needed the elevator which worked perfectly! The house was clean and well maintained. The heated pool was wonderful! It was everything described in the description. The rental company was very easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely rent again!!

Vaca for family of 9

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The pool area is showing a little wear and could use some paint and some new furniture. It’s not bad though. The interior of the house is nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Good showers. Nice kitchen and a big 10 person dining table. The living room couch is uncomfortable and is showing signs of wear. I would say the only complaint I have is the internet based tv. It’s very inconsistent. We tried watching movies at night and for some reason every night around 10pm the streaming would quit working. In fairness we didn’t report this during our stay. The walk to the beach is 1/2 mile. We drove one day and got lucky and found a parking spot. The other days we walked, about 10 minutes. Overall it’s a good vacation property. It appears that the other houses are all rentals as well. No noise issues during our stay.

Quiet and Fun family beach vacation

This was a wonderful property. A new build with lots of charm. The home was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool almost round the clock and the short walk to the beach was perfect! Lots of room and tons to do!

Good, not great

This is a lovely home, but there are a few things that really bothered us. First, the walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors while sitting inside this house (literally hear every word). If the neighbors have kids and they are in the pool at midnight, it is guaranteed to wake you (trust me). Second, the house wasn’t really cleaned well at all. The area around the pool is infested with ants and was upon arrival. There was no sitting around down there because it’s a real issue. In addition, there was hair in the bathroom shower and on the sink on the top floor (in the shower) as well as filthy baseboards in the bath on the 3rd floor. I bought Clorox wipes and took care of it. This home gave us plenty of space and it was nice to have two refrigerators, but the walk to the beach is further than anticipated. In addition, the way the house to the left is turned, it backs up to the pool area of this house. Makes for very noisy evenings. We all have kids and I get it, but it gets old night after night and so late. We would not rent this home again because of those factors.

Large family

Love the neighborhood! The pool was perfect, we enjoyed the warmth of the evening sun in the pool area. Lack of dining space both indoor and outdoor was a slight disappointment. Our large family enjoys dining poolside, with a table for four that wasn’t really an option. While the indoor dining table is large, there still wasn’t enough seating for our family of 17. While there were some drawbacks to this property we would consider staying again - we love the location!

Very nice home

Great property. Very close to Folly Field beach, which we loved. Walking/bike trails were also directly out of the front gate which were awesome. Overall, very nice stay.

Boot camp Graduation

My son was graduating from boot camp and we needed a big place with elevator for my husband who is a Disabled Veteran. The home was perfect for what we needed. Clean, no issues with bugs or high volume traffic. We have a 5 kids and all loved the private pool. The home was perfect in every way! I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice House as advertised for group of 10

We had a nice 5 day stay here. The house was as advertised with working elevator that was a necessity for my mother. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 including a 3 year old. Plenty of bedding, plenty of televisions, plenty of room at the dinner table. Beach was about an 8 minute walk, half mile, and the beach was nice as in the rest of Hilton Head. No complaints.

Hilton Head Paradise

Pictures of this property are good but it was even better in person! Our group was 3 families traveling with young adults totalling 12 people. We had plenty of space. Locations was great. Some of the group walked to Foley Beach and to mini golf. We celebrated 2 birthdays with a BBQ and enjoyed some movies by the pool. This was our first trip to Hilton Head. After days at the beach or golfing, it felt great coming back to this house.
