Spectacular sound views from this adorable 4 bedroom/4 bath home! The pitched ceilings, pretty blue and cream interior and tile flooring make this an adorable, perfect coastal getaway for your friends and family members! You will love the open floor plan that consists of the kitchen with coastal white bead board cabinetry and an ocean blue wall plus stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove. The kitchen island has two bar stools. The dining area has a large, light wood oval dining table that seats 8. The living room offers a mint green sofa and love seat, rocking chair and a recliner. There is also another wicker round table that seats 4 in the corner. You’ll be able to relax at the end of your day by catching a movie on the mounted TV above the fireplace with DVD player. The living area opens up to a screened porch that can be used year round with our beautiful weather! The screened porch has a table with seating for 4 and is great for family game night plus there are two rockers for the ultimate relaxation while enjoying the beautiful views!

To the right of the living room/dining room there is a hallway bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Just beyond that is a bedroom with two twin beds and a TV with VCR and DVD player. The master bedroom is on the opposite end of the hallway with amazing water views and access to the screened porch. This room has a king size bed with rattan headboard, accent chair and TV. The attached bathroom has recently been updated with an oversized shower and double vanity.

Upstairs are the 2 additional guest bedrooms; the king bedroom has spectacular water views, blue and gray sea shells and turtle decorations, an accent chair and TV. The ensuite has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The other bedroom offers a queen bed, accent chair and TV. The ensuite has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor, behind the bi-fold doors in the hall.

You also have your own private walk way going out to the sound. A beautiful spot to swim, sun and walk the shoreline!

Simply the Best!

We have been visiting HHI for over 40 years. Over the last 10 we have really come to enjoy South Beach and especially Lands End. The location is perfect for our family. The little one's can play on the beach then in for a quick nap while the parents fish and enjoy the sun. Thanks for providing such a wonderful property! I am already looking to book for the fall!
