30th Birthday Celebration

I highly recommend this home. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were a group of all adults so we appreciated the 5 King beds and the two Queens or full that were in the 6th bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also plenty of space to have privacy or be in smaller groups. Beachside Getaway did a fabulous job of managing the property and the reservation. Very easy to work with. It is an easy walk to the beach and Coligny. Would 100% go back to this home again.

HH vacation

The house was beautiful, spotless had plenty of towels for us to share snd was a short walk to the beach. The house was roomy and so equipped with kitchen items. Love this house

This is a KEEPER....

Outstanding house with high quality appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen. Gathering space was spacious and accommodating for large family with plenty of seating areas. Bedrooms were large and well appointed with everything you need including large closet space. Extra refrigerator in garage was VERY helpful and a nice addition. Garage is HUGE with plenty of parking space for 4 cars/SUV's and all your beach equipment. Proximity to beach is an easy walk + can walk to restaurants and a grocery store in the area if you want. Highly recommend this house.

Hilton head getaway

We visit HHI every year and usually stay in Sea Pines. We decided to venture out this year and try somewhere new and I’m so glad we did! You cannot beat this location- 3 rows back from the beach makes beach days much easier with young kids. Being so close to Coligny Plaza with all the shops and restaurants was so nice- less than a 5 minute walk there from this home. The updates in the home were beautiful and very modern- plenty of space for 3 families with kids to stay. The elevator made getting luggage and groceries up to the 2nd and 3rd floors so easy. We also loved that there were two separate laundry rooms. The only complaint is the pool deck would get really hot in the sun and be hard for the little ones to walk on. Overall, a fantastic home and something we would rent again in a heartbeat!

HHI 2023

Great house for a large family and their spouses. The pool was on the second level so was a major meeting spot. Many sitting areas so everyone could have privacy if wanted. The house was very well stocked with every gadget you might need . We had a question about the pool/hot tub heater and the rental company was very responsive. The location is very close to coligny shopping area and the beach. I would definitely recommend this house and location .

Exceptional Beach Home & Property Manager

The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything our extended family of 13 needed for 7 nights at the Beach. Plenty of garage and driveway parking. 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. 2 full size refrigerators. Fully stocked kitchen. Private pool and hot tub. The property management team is top shelf. We would reserve this property for future trips to HHI with no hesitation.

Excellent location to beach and town

We had a wonderful stay 20 Egret St. House is well stocked everything we needed. House is close to the beach as well as bike trails. Pool and hot tub were heated as requested. Loved having 2 refrigerators and an individual ice maker. We will return.

Incredible stay

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful rental property. Everything was better than we expected. The house was so spacious and perfect for our group of 13. So close to the beach, Coligne Plaza and great area to bike ride. We would definitely rent this property again.

The house was great, very close to the beach, and well stocked. Only negative, would have thought the hot tub would have been heated without having to pay extra. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

I was hesitant to stay here because there weren't any reviews of the house yet, but we decided to take our chances, and were so glad that we did! The house was so convenient to the beach access and had everything you could ask for in a beach house. We had 13 people in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out and have your space if you needed it. The pool was up on the deck, so it made it very private as well. This was an amazing find and we are so happy we took a chance!
