Took 2 days for housekeeping to bring us washcloths and handtowels. I could get towels from front desk. Was disappointed because the pool was closed the 5 days we stayed there. This hotel was a disappointment and I will know now to get travel insurance 😒

The room smelled like mildew, the pillows were wet. I’m pretty sure it was due to the fact that the window in the room was loose. The bathroom also smelled terrible. Needles to say we switched hotels.

Check in took long because staff was negotiating price with future guest. Guest were allowed to smoke marijuana in common areas. Room assigned was far from parking. Request room change and was given a dirty room with dirty tub and bug infested. Went to front desk and request a diffirent room because assigned room did not and charged extra. Then a guest came in saying there was not hot water and the staff member told her to run the water for 15 minutes and it would get warm. It was almost midnight, and my husband and I had our 2 grandchildren. I asked the staff member to cancel my room and was told to call Expedia. Called and got disconnected. Called again and told them I went to a nearby Hotel and wanted a refund. Refund denied. Now I'l
