Recent guest reviews

The door was broken as soon as we entered the room. Had to wait for maintenance to fix. They had no other rooms. The blinds are broken so lights shined in room. Whole facility smelled like smoke.

Considering we're in yet the worst part of the pandemic, staff were not consistently wearing masks. One front desk employee wasn't wearing his when he went around his desk, within 2 feet of a group of people, who were also unmasked. The morning employee was either hacking into a mask, or not wearing one when we passed by. I'm not sure how long droplets stay in the air, but i'd be worried about walking around inside. Also, any advertising that includes hot breakfast need to be changed, as all we get is a paper bag of cold baked items. I don't see how difficult it is to make even a hot continental breakfast and package it for customers.

Was told and basically lied saying they don’t need to wear mask ,,All employees. Of best Western must wear masks !!! the mgr promised to see surveillance from. Security cameras , he never did this ,, ,, When returning room card at check out , the lobby was filled w non mask wearing employees , and guests ,, , There’s a deadly pandemic and these people just don’t care !!! Best western directives to its employees to. Protect there guests , and themselves with masks and social distancing is wasted on this place ! I was forced to social distance for the rest of my trip in my car With my family because of there willful ignorance !!

The hotel was very easy to locate and check in was quick. Front desk staff was polite and was wearing a mask. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was traveling with my dog and I was given a room at the end of the hall for easy access to the exit which was very convenient. Although the bathroom was modern and clean, the paint about the shower head was significantly peeling away (room 105).

I like the pool, water was always warm. The room was decent size. There was some issues with wall paper coming off. They fixed pretty quickly but it was so unattractive with painting tape. But hey I will take that as everything else was great.if i ever have to stsy in the area again. I would only stay there

It was a disappointing experience. There were overwhelming smells through out the entire hotel. Especially in the hallways and dining area. The staff helpful.

Decent enough. Gym and room fridge needed a little work, but the room seemed clean. Breakfast was theirs was good by motel breakfast standards.

Overall it met all expectations we had which was good but I was also impressed for the price how good breakfast was and how clean everything appeared!

The large walk in shower was really nice. Parking was easy.

Breakfast area was large with comfortable seating and large windows.

Nice place. Looked new. Stopped on the way to Florida
