Bathroom had 1/4 inch of dirt and grime buildup in each corner and filth throughout the rest of the floor. Towels were stained, dirty or dingy and there was no hot water. A cockroach skittered across the sink.

Great trip to Hilton Head

I felt like the owners were making improvements on an older hotel and bringing it back to life you could tell they still had some improvements they will probably make in the future but it was a great price and location would definitely go back.
This was our king sized bed with 4 pillows that felt like my (my pillow) from home loved the color scheme of our room
That is the glow of the TV on the head board if anyone was wandering I look this photo from an angle because my man was trying out the bed we both loved it!!!! very comfortable!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

I thought a big name like this would have a hotel that looks like THAT. Not only did we have to deal with all this at midnight, but we then had to find another hotel in a city we know nothing about and they refused to even give us our Money back even when we didnt stay in either room for longer than 5 minutes. Since your name is attached to this hotel, we assumed a decent level of service and cleanliness. I intend to plaster this all over every platform I possibly can and get the health department involved. All you had to do was give us our money back. That’s all. That’s all we asked for. Nothing extra. Since you wanted to play hard ball, i am going to make it my mission to get this place shut down and get whoever is responsible for this held accountable. It costs nothing to be CLEAN.

Room was clean and appeared to have been painted. However, no repairs were made prior to painting. Example, part of corner was missing exposing the metal studs. Bathroom had area of ceiling crumbling. Also, no information was given about using televisions. Went to front desk and given instructions, which still didn’t turn on tv. Called front desk was told would come immediately. After 30 minutes, someone showed up and finally got tv working. I was disappointed as this was a Wyndham property, so expected better.

Booked this place using my Expedia account for my elderly father who was driving alone from Toronto to Florida and stopped to rest after 12 hours of driving. The policy is a to charge a credit card 100 which is refunded at a later date. My father did not want to do this and I offered to use my card which was refused stating the card had to be in the name of the person in the room. After a back and forth dispute, my father offered cash which he had to leave and get from an ATM. When giving the cash he took a short video of the transaction as proof and the staff member called the police for being filmed. The cops came and informed the staff that it was not against the law. The staff then "upgraded" my father's room supposedly in good faith to a king bed room. The next morning the lights did not work and the water was cold. They sent a maintenance person to the room and told me father to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water. When my father attempted to sit the water off the valve did not work and he could not stop the faucet. Needless to say he could not shower and left. I requested a refund which was refused. Thankfully, my father took several videos which I will be sharing in social media letting others know about this experience.
