1109 Harbour South - Perfect Island Retreat

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.

This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4 bath Harbour Town villa is the perfect island retreat! The beautiful granite and stainless kitchen opens to a dining and living area exuding low country charm. Each bedroom and bathroom are carefully appointed with luxury and comfort. Take your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment to the gorgeous patio that overlooks the pool. Go to the beach 1 ½ mile away at the Sea Pines beach club. All this, and only steps away from the world-famous Harbour Town lighthouse.

Roaches and Shower Issues

The roaches in the kitchen were very disappointing. We had to clean every dish we used before using. And some needed to be cleaned even if there wasn't a roach infestation.The main shower in the master would only drain when the fan was on in bathroom. The second ensuite bathroom shower would only either be too cold or too hot.Overall, the location was subpar due to construction noises on the roadside and pool noise on the other. It was very obvious the windows were old and did not allow any outside noise to go unheard.We would not return to this property but will return to the resort. It was very family friendly minus the shark bite that took place while we were there.

Friends Spring Break

We had 2 families. 4 adults and 7 young adults/teens. The condo is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the private balconies!! Sea Pines is beautiful! We loved riding the bikes over to the lighthouse. Fantastic vacation!! Highly recommend!!

Perfect paradise home

We loved our stay from start to finish. The home is perfectly appointed, well designed with smart layout and amenities. The kitchen was particularly great, allowing us to dine in with friends a few times. Location is outstanding. Pool was not heated and we were there in late March, so the kids just had to bike up the street to the Sea Pines pool - not an issue since bikes are provided! Will stay there again for sure.
