This unit is newly renovated and painted with extra spacious sleeping accommodation in the form of a loft with a double bed, in addition to two bedrooms, a fully functioning and well-equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, a pool table under the carport, and sliding glass doors from the main bedroom onto a nice covered lanai with patio table and chairs for outside meals and just hanging out.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

A Great Property

We enjoyed our holiday family gathering at this location. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbeque area. This property was clean and had great value. The host was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Good value for the price

Overall, this unit was well worth the price and contained almost everything we needed. Both bedrooms were comfortable. We didn’t use the loft. The location was convenient for everywhere we wanted to go on the Hilo side of the island. Instructions for opening and closing the front door could have been more detailed, but the owner showed us how. This unit is the one closest to the street, so you do hear the traffic noise, but it quiets down at night,

Close to markets and restaurants. No washer/dryer available for guest use but coin laundry nearby. A bit tight for 5 adults but manageable. Property manager was very responsive to any questions or issues.

Hilo townhouse

This townhouse was clean and had comfortable beds. The AC was great and there was some nice beach equipment. The kitchen was small but functional with good appliances. The only problem we had was that the wifi sometimes didn't have a great signal. The location was perfect for accessing Volcanoes National Park, local waterfalls, beaches and the zoo.

Home Away from Home

We stayed in unit 2 but I would still love to give my review/opinion about it. This was a truly amazing place to stay in. It was my first time in unit rental and it truly felt like a home away from home!! Everything was just as they say it was in the listing and the property owner/manager was super kind and patient. Mahalo for an amazing stay, I would definitely book again in the future!!
