The staff were very nice. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The building is old but very well taken care of. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as clean as our room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stay was ok, but was double billed. First by Expedia then by Motel 6 directly. After a half hour on the phone, first with Motel 6 then with Expedia, the Expedia rep promised that Motel 6 will remove the charge. My guess is that this is a regular practice by the Motel 6 in Concordia in the hopes that the customer will not notice the extra charge!

When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.
