Subpar property

Very loud a/c unit, cigarette butt on the carpet right outside our room. only 1 large towel in the bathroom for double occupancy room. Did not sleep well at all in the middle of a very long trip.

My grandsons enjoyed an evening in the pool. We had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was nice hot food. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, breakfast potatoes ,waffles. Beds were very comfortable.

Sadly it was smelly the moment we walked in the door. Our room was worse, it smelled like someone had recently cleaned up vomit. Sheets were not clean, we had to ask for new sheets. We could not get out of there fast enough. Although, Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything is Always been a Great place, The only issue is the housekeeping doesn't know any English and it's kind of frustrating, I have always been treated very well, though!!! They have Excellent front desk employees, and it's Just a Awesome Place.... Five Star's 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay. The room would not get cool enough. Thepeople above me were awake and partying until 6 AM, I called the front desk for assistance and the loud music and talking continued. I booked and paid for two nights, but left after the first night. I would not stay again unless there was not another option.
