Quiet and Cozy 1br upstairs Guest House

We have a 1br/1bath, fully remodeled with all new everything. Come enjoy our cozy and quiet little upstairs guest house. Fully stocked with a coffee bar, 2 smart TVs, top of the line security system, lots of parking for a trailer or boat, close to lots of ATV riding trails as well as about 30 minutes to Silverwood lake and 1 hour to Big Bear mountain. We have room and a fire pit, bring your own wood or we sell it on the property. We have everything you need to enjoy a romantic bonfire, or a birthday celebration BBQ. The owners live on the property so if you need anything they are eager to help make your stay comfortable. Please do not hesitate to ask! Also, we allow pets, just please be aware of the front gate staying closed and pick up after them is all we ask. We are respectful people and ask you respect our home while you’re here. With that being said if you want to listen to your music, feel free and enjoy yourselves. Smoking is outside or on the patio only.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes an ironing board.

The location was perfect for us, very close to our daughter’s home. The place is comfortable, a big living area with deining table, kitchen and large couch in front of a huge TV, with a separate large bedroom and bathroom with a great shower. The owner lives on the premises, responded always immediately to my questions, but totally respected our privacy.
