Our room had an odor, the flooring was warped and broken in several olaces, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made loud noises anytime you moved. I only interacted with guest services when we checked in.

Piss poor service and dirty unfriendly employees.

Look i found neddles and drugs in my room it wasnt clean and the towels had what looked like blood stains in them. Asked for new towels and the guy at the front desk cursed me out for asking.
