I think the towels are 10 years old. They have threads on them. The staff throws your shampoo and other items on the table in the trash without asking you while supposedly cleaning the room. Security is terrible. I saw homeless people around many times and interestingly enough, I saw someone trying to steal my food order that was left at my door at the last minute. The towels and bed linens in the room that needed to be changed are created in a very funny way as if they were just fixed and changed. When I touched the curtain of the room I stayed in, I felt sick. Because there was so much dust on it, I think it had not been taken down and washed since the hotel was first established. There is a lot more to say but I can say this. I will never even pass by it again.

A homeless man broke into my room while i was out. Police got him out of room and arrested him, left his dirty property all over room and hotel staff just removed it without cleaning and expected me to stay in same room
