Retiro de verano e invierno

Hermosa casa de Hatepe, a solo unos minutos a pie del lago Taupo, la playa y el río Hinemaiaia, famoso por la pesca de truchas. El lugar perfecto para relajarse y descansar en invierno y verano. Amplia cocina, sala de estar con una acogedora chimenea de leña (leña suministrada), comedor independiente, tres dormitorios y dos baños y aseos. La gran terraza se encuentra en un terreno pintoresco que está lleno de canciones de pájaros durante todo el año y permite vivir al aire libre en verano.

El área tiene muchas actividades para todas las edades. Disfruta de un juego de tenis en la cancha de tenis comunitaria. Lanza tu bote o jetskis desde la rampa privada para botes del pueblo y disfruta de un día en el lago. Camina por el mundialmente famoso río Hinemaiaia. 15 minutos en coche a Taupo para tomar un café o ir de compras, cafeterías y restaurantes.

En el invierno hay varias piscinas de agua caliente para elegir o el lote es un viaje fácil a los campos de esquí de Whakapapa.

Nuestro lote es compacto pero espacioso, por lo que puede adaptarse a una gran familia o grupo sin problema. Dos habitaciones tienen espacio para un colchón o una camilla, lo que aumentaría la capacidad de 8 inquilinos para suministrar sus propias camas adicionales.

Condiciones especiales:

Solo se permite fumar en el exterior. No se admiten mascotas, ya que no hay cercas.


NOTA: Según la tradición de Kiwi Bach, se espera que: Limpie la casa y lave los platos antes de partir; Traiga su propia ropa de cama (toallas / sábanas / paños de cocina). Llévate toda la basura cuando te vayas.

The house is in a good position back from the lake but very accessible. It has adequate space with a well appointed kitchen in a sunny position. Its a great little neighbourhood.

Hatepe is a magic atmosphere but not crowded or overrun with jet skis. The property allow us to enjoy the benefits of the area and be comfortable at the same time.

Beautiful bach

We felt very comfortable in the bach. The accommodation is beautifully located and is perfectly equipped. Nothing is really missing. Everthing was clean and tidy. We would love to come back. Highly Recommended.

Best alternative to a hotel in Taupo

Seems close to SH1 on the map but you almost don’t hear it. Somewhat old style (a.k.a. not a fancy McMansion), but very cosy - also on a rainy day. Well equipped kitchen. Could easily host 6 people. Would definitely book it again.

Nice location but needs a refresh

Great location and the kids enjoyed being so close to the lake. The downstairs area is nice and light but bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are very aged and need a refresh. Would have also loved some electric heating in the lounge as we didn't want to have to deal with cleaning out and resetting the fire.

This place has a great feel to it... there's a bit of character on top of everything you need. Such a great location in this cute township by the lake with Taupo shops nearby. Our teenagers enjoyed the local tennis court and we loved the little local river walk. Would happily return. Friendly locals too! It was a cold time of year, but the fireplace was a charm. Could do with a heater in the lounge too for some instant heat on arrival, but other than that it's hard to fault. Grateful for the family memories it provided. :)

Cosy and comfortable family getaway

Loved staying at this bach. Just a few mins walk to the lake in lovely Hatepe. Old school but with plenty of everything we needed for a very lovely stay including very comfy beds.
