Fabulous Spacious & Private

We loved our stay! Large private home, perfect for an extended family/group, with lots of different spaces for relaxing. Great outside entertainment area, good central heating, and everything you need to cater for a group. Fully fenced so perfect for the doggos. Good off street parking. Highly recommend. Would love to return again.

Birthday weekend away.

We loved staying at this property, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The outdoor fire was excellent for roasting marshmallows and the added bonus was , Murphy dog could stay too. Highly recommend this house.

Great house for extended family. Plenty of room inside and outside.

Close to town and the lake front . The wood fire in the kitchen area is so efficient and there was a great supply of wood available for your use. Comfortable beds and the layout of the rooms were perfect for our family, The children had their own lounge area at one end of the house while the adults had the main lounge. Outside area is under some development and although the outside fire was not used by us it would be a special place to enjoy. Trampoline for the children and plenty of toys for them to enjoy. Very private home and although on a reasonable busy road the traffic noise was not a concern. We appreciated the house is still undergoing some renovations but it was a warm, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you

Golfing Getaway in Taupo

This is a great property and suited our needs perfectly. Tess was wonderful with her communication and support which made for a relaxing stay. Clean, tidy and TONS of space and I can totally recommend this property as a great option for stays in Taupo. Will book again to bring the family next time.

Wonderful property!

Recently spent a long weekend with extended family (7 adults/2 kids) in Taupo, and am so grateful we picked this house. Wonderfully set up and close to all city centre attractions. Tessa (host) was also great with communications, and always answered any queries immediately. Thank you Tessa - your home is truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where family can be together while also having space to themselves :)

Excellent place for extended family group

5 bedrooms in a lovely family home fit our 10 person family group. Plus a super bonus that we could bring our dogs. Short walk to the lake, medium walk into town. A great place to stay. Would love to come back.

Perfect Family Holiday!

This home was perfect for the extended family to come together to watch a family member compete in the Ironman! Tessa was amazing and so accommodating and the home had everything we needed. We loved our time here and are planning another family trip, highly recommend!

Post lockdown Family get together

This house was the perfect location for our family to come together from Auckland and Wellington. It was very cozy on a cold winter weekend. The large dining table was perfect for large family dinners. The garden and outdoor areas are also lovely, especially the sunny outdoor dining area. I would definitely recommend this to any large family group.
