This cozy cottage offers a great central location. 2 block from the high school, walking distance to Libs park, Hastings lake, and the YMCA. It’s a short drive to Mary Lanning Hospital, Downtown and many other Hastings attractions. It is on a quiet corner with plenty of parking.

This cozy cottage offers a private and secure entrance, comfortable sleeping for six ( a king, queen, and pull out couch), a full kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and serveware. Start your mornings off right with a latte from the high-end espresso machine (instructions available in the house manual or Keurig available). Beans and syrups provided! If coffee isn’t your thing, you can choose a tea from the tea cabinet. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with room darkening shades. Each bedroom also features towel hooks, luggage racks and mirrors - incase the bathroom is occupied. The bathroom has ample counter space and a full shower/tub and some necessities provided. Guests love the peaceful neighborhood, cozy touches, and being close to everything Hastings offers — from Libs Park to downtown cafés.

You’ll have access to a private driveway with a few steps leading up to your own secure entrance. The home is part of a duplex-style setup with a separate living space attached (owner/host occupied). Each unit is fully private, so you’ll have your own kitchen, bathroom, and living areas to enjoy.

This is a quaint older home that’s been updated. Clean. In a quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place we’d stay again. Amenities were top notch. Plenty of towels. The host was quick to respond and address questions. One item we observed, the bathroom lights could be brighter.
