Its prime location is near the lake ramps, hiking, and so much more. The huge parking lot fits 4 vehicles and street parking is available as well.

This is a quiet neighborhood and we want guests that are respectful to this beautiful space we have built. We want you to have a fun and memorable experience and are seeking guests that will care for this space as if it were their own 🙌🏼

Damage deposit is $1000. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.
House rules:
*ALL GUESTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION, even if they are just day guests.
No events, gatherings, or parties unless approved and paid for ahead of time! Strictly enforced.
Pets are allowed but must be listed under guests.
Guests/Pets unaccounted for in the booking can result in $100 fine per guest/pet per day.

*Check-in: anytime after 4:00 PM (unless arranged and paid ahead of time $25/hr)
Checkout: before 10:00 AM (unless arrange and paid ahead of time $25/hr)
Quiet hours:10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside! 🚭 Smoking inside will result in $1000 minimum fine for smoke remediation.
We want to ensure this unit is clean and allergy friendly for all guests, including yourself.
If you smoke outside, please be sure that your cigarettes end up in the trash, not the ground.

*If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture. A kennel also gives them a place to feel safe while you are gone.
No animals on any of the furniture or beds. Allowing your pets or service animals on the beds or furniture will result up to $200 additional cleaning fee.

*If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them.
The maid will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, and mop, but please clean up after yourself and be tidy.
