"Beautiful lake view, complementary high tea was a nice touch. Lots of parking. Front desk, staff friendly. Room was dingy needs an update. Carpets in the hotel need to be replaced old and badly stained. The pools were nice ranging from warm to very hot. Definitely a temperature for everybody. Personally, I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get, but there’s nothing else in the area that offers a spa experience."
