Started rough with room and its location. Paid for breakfast but it was not noted by hotel. Ultimately, however, the kinks were worked out and we had a great stay. The bar/ restaurant was great, especially if you like live country and line dancing.

Our experience at this hotel was a nice one. The amenities were good: Game room, bar, indoor pool and the staff was very friendly. Our room was nice, however the whole hotel needs an upgrade decorum wise to bring it into the year 2012

The staff was friendly and responsive. The sleeping area/bedding was very clean. However the bathroom was full of mold. and the tub seemed to have the enamel scrubbed off, the floor of the tub was all stained. There was no light over the tub. The bathroom fan didn't suck moisture out at all. So if you have 5 people taking a shower in the morning, the whole place steams up. Our air conditioning didn't work the first night. I called the front desk the next day and they immediately sent up a maintenance tech and fixed the problem. Very limited cable channels. no mini fridge/microwave. The most upsetting feature was that one side of the hallway is smoking rooms and the other side is not...causing the hallways to stink of cigarette smoke. The smell was even in our non smoking room. They should really change it so that smokers are all together. Our room did have functioning windows, but there was a horrible sewage smell outside. We ate breakfast there twice. It was great! It's close to the park and right off the interstate but the dirty bathroom and cigarette smoke are deal breakers for me. We won't be back.

The Holiday Inn was overall a nice hotel! The room was very clean and the beds & pillows were very comfortable! The indoor pool had an ordor but the pool was clean.

Room 307 was set up with the internet connection on the night stand and not on the desk. Bathroom sink was chipped and stained. TV remote was broken and tapped together. At every hotel that I can recall and I do stay in a few, coffee has always been available to hotel guests at all times, but not at this one.

Very large hotel, rooms were nice. The price was fair. Would stay again.

It was great. Room was wonderful!

My room was not ready when I arrived. I was offered another though. Pool area felt old, and musky. Indoor pool closes at 10pm, which was slightly disappointing. Breakfast buffet was good, nothing extraordinary. They are in the process of renovating rooms, but only 10% is currently completed. Overall a fair hotel, nothing wonderful, but not horrible.

me and my husband visited the casino it was great.a microwave in the room.it was more enjoyable than the last trip we have taken.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn to go to Hersheypark. We were only there for one night and we got a great rate. We had two rooms. The one wasn't even cleaned and we had to request a new room. The other was supposedly cleaned but the bathroom was pretty nasty. The ceiling had work done that was never completed. There was mold spots on the tile and ceiling as well. There were also hairs everywhere which is nasty. The beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Was a great place to stay, last minute idea for Memorial Day Weekend,We were not rushed at check out,Great Breakfast Buffet, you could really hear through the walls but everything else made up for that small issue!!Hoping to get another room again this weekend,I travel to Casino a few miles away and grandkids go 8 miles the other way to Hershey Outlets, zoo, amusement park,or just stay in at the pool at the hotel....both in and outdoor!!!!!Its great!

Great hotel! Only gripe was no in-room wireless access for my iPhone. Both indoor and outdoor pools were nice.

there was a local mall and hershey park closely. the hotel had a funeral director convention that weekend. there were coufins in the lobby which was scsry for the kids. the room seemed a little old needed a remodel. the bar had a nice atmosphere for us.
