The front desk worker told us a room number and gave us a key. We drove closer to the building to unpack. However, the keys did not work. My partner went back to the front desk and additional two times and then found out that he switched the room on us. There was another couple a few doors down trying to get in their room and their key didn't work either. Breakfast was minimal and tasteless. Positive thing was the quietness.

The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room.
