Good: The property was very convenient to the AACA Hershey car show, and they had ample parking. Bad: The refrigerator leaked, the shower did not drain properly, the breakfast was measly even for these Covid times. Very Bad: I got incredibly itchy bites on my arms during my stay. The bite pattern fit bed bug bites. I showed the person at the front desk the bites, and I was told that "they take such things very seriously, and the manager will contact you." I was not contacted. Given the high room price they ask for during Hershey week, I would not recommend that anyone stay here.

Went to our firsr room and it was already occupied. The door lock on our 2nd room was broken and allowed us to open the door without the key. It took repeated requests and a final demand to have us moved to a 3rd room.

Thank you to the staff of this establishment for being so patient and kind to us last Tuesday/Wednesday. We were a lot to deal with and you were wonderful! From the breakfast bags to the late checkouts, superb service!

The hotel was modern, clean and I had a jacuzzi suite for the same price as a room with double beds. Unfortunately, The toilet seat was broken and the flush pressure was very low.

Staffing was low, so there was a long wait for the person at the front desk to return & check us in. I requested towels be replaced while I was gone and yhey were not. Unfortunately, due to covid there was no hot breakfast.

Breakfast

The rooms was very dusty. Our first night we had to switch rooms because the shower wouldn’t turn off which almost led to a flood. When we switched rooms the second night in the new room. We couldn’t get in our room with the key because the battery died. Maintenance came to “fix” the battery and then 2 hours later we kept hearing a buzzing noise coming from the door. We called maintenance again and long story short they ended up taking the battery out. At this point we were checking out the next day and was completely over staying there. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

We really didnt like anything...No pool, no breakfasts, and air-condition was horrible!

It was convenient to the things we planned to do, but the highway noise was very loud.

The hotel is close to the highway which makes the rooms quite noisy at night.

Door did not lock at all swipe card not functional. Door unlocked at all times. Air conditioner soaked floor. It was very wet next to the bed.

The bathroom was not to clean with hair and dirt on the floor. Room was dusty and the pool wasn’t to clear. Over all not that bad and I been in a lot worse.

The place was not very clean. No extra pillows for pull out bed.

Nice pool and easy parking. Close to some places to eat. And the staff had a list of restaurants that would deliver.

The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool looked a little green but there were quite a few people in it so Im guessing it was ok. Didnt smell overly chlorinated - might have been the paint in the pool and poor lighting. Breakfast was pretty good - lots of selections and the eating area was large (great for our family of 6). The beds were comfortable but the pull out was a bit raggedy (ripped cushions) and the mattress was all springs. Parking was ample, staff was very pleasant. Was about 15 minutes from Hershey.
