When i first arrived my room had roaches so i was switched to another room. When in that room, the fridge didnt work the stove didnt work the microwave was burnt inside so you couldnt use it, when i asked to be upgraded and was willing to pay for it i was told no because i booked through expedia..

We had checked the rooms here a couple months before our stay and the room we toured was clean and nice. The room we were assigned to stay in was only ok. Tub was dirty, carpet seemed damp, had to keep our shoes on, carpet was also ripped up at bathroom entrance. Layout was nice and spacious. Pretty comfy.

The Hotel is good for the price. The star, however, is Ms Brandy. We stayed here 2 weeks ago on our way to Boston and Maine. We came thru on our return and decided to stop again. Both times, Ms Brandy was an excellent ambassador. She was friendly, helpful, and polite. All traits many have forgotten.

The room was dusty at some of the vents and where the a/c unit was which has a small closet. The dishwasher where you put the dish soap did not lock and the the soap would fall to the bottom. Breakfast and the coffee was good and the staff were helpful.

Room was large but could use updating. No stopper for the bathroom sink or tub. Toilet was not mounted to the floor so it rocked. The tub was very worn in the floor of the tub.

Great place to stay!

Our room was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Next year when we come again I am sure we will make this our stay. If I had to say something negative, it could only be that the pillows were small, but we managed.

Bed bugs!! Photo evidence!My daughters were forced to drive home over 3 hours at 11pm. No room change was offered. A young lady and her teen sister should not be forced to drive home due to verified evidence of bed bugs. Front desk person was extremely combative when refund was demanded. The “manager” was on speaker phone with the Front desk, just say to email the picture and will deal with it in the morning. If no new room was offered, I guess you take the chance of bed bugs or not if you stay here. But I’ll see you in court, please just pay the bills for heat vehicle cleaning, professional clothing cleaning!!

Unfortunately, the property was undergoing construction on the 2nd floor (due to leaking). The coffee machine and pancake maker were broken for our entire stay. And if you want a hot shower in the morning, don’t stay here on Friday or Saturday nights. Monday morning was no problem. The hotel staff are aware of the hot water issue and didn’t offer anything for our satisfaction.

Good location terrible stay

First off 4.99 resort fee? This isnt a resort its a falling apart motel. No hot water clogged sink and couldnt even get a cup of coffee due to machine being broke but worse off, if you have a room on the bottom floor in the morning the staff leaves the laundtlry door open while they clean so you hear a loud high pitch ring from the washer and dryers
