The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome me and compensate for terrible housekeeping. Returned to room at 7pm, the room was still not made up. Had to wait in the lobby while they made up the room, which took 45 min because housekeeping wasnt available. Returned to room to find my personal travel mug was gone (I travel for a living, so I bring a mug with me to make morning coffee in the room more like home). Front desk found my mug, which was very nice to hear. Woke up the next morning to discover no creamer/sugar packets replenished, coffee pot still dirty and it just added stress to what should have been relaxing.

Smell of smoke(heavy) in no smoking room, carpet and bathroom not properly cleaned. Not a clean hotel overall.

My two friends and I stayed here for the Life Center Conference which was at the top of the hill. Within walking distance. The hotel was clean, friendly and the beds and pillows are great! They also have a great hot breakfast.

Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff were very friendly and took great care of us. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, my kids loved the pool and it was a short drive to Hershey park. Will stay here again!

Stayed here during a trip to Hershey Park, nice clean rooms and a short drive to the park. Nice breakfast, bar and pool. Will stay again...

only stayed one night but will stay there next year, every thing was great, clean and very comfortable

Very satisfied with the family room, breakfast, and services. Thanks!

I booked the hotel for our Hershey park vacation. We checked in close to 10 pm already. The first thing i noticed was that their king size bed was small. My son and I and my husband couldn't all fit. in the morning the staff at the front desk had a roll away bed delivered to our room with no extra charge. The next night the dial for the firmness of the bed broke and basically i slept on a hammock. i spoke to the staff a bout it at check out and they gave us complimentary breakfast

Fresh, clean hotel with modern looks. Nice pools. Downside is the lack of a buffet breakfast and the beds were not very comfortable although they were variable firmness beds.

Stayed several times, and only positive things to say. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food in restaurant is surprisingly good.

Stayed there for one night on a drive through PA. Nicely appointed and nice amenities. Would stay there again.

Very clean and plesant staff. They actually call you at 7 pm to make sure everything is ok with the room. Excellent breakfast too, but you have to pay extra - it's worth it though. The only problem was a loud refrigerator that kept me up some during the night (rattling), but otherwise it was a good experience

hotel was great. Room was super clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpfull.

We stayed 2 nights. I had picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the sleep system beds. The beds were comfortable and they offered both down-like pillows and pillows that were more firm. We ended up not using the pool because we checked in after it closed for the night, but the pool area looked very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at 9:30 in the morning. Check out is 11:00, they should wait until then to clean the rooms especially for people checking out that day. All in all a very nice experience. We would stay there again.

We stayed in this Hilton in Harrisburg and traveled to Hershey Park each day. The commute was easy and no more than 20 minutes. The beds were nice (memory foam) and adjustable. The staff was friendly and the free cookies were amazing. The only downer was breakfast wasn't free. It was only $10, but still a lot of places will offer a free partial breakfast at the very least.

my daughter did alot of sight seeing and went to hershey park she had a great time..

This hotel was a midpoint, one-night stopover on our trip north. We had trouble at first finding the hotel because the staff forgot to turn on the outside lights and the sign light. We waited more than 5 minutes at the reception desk...no one in to check us in....odd for a 4-star hotel. Our room was large and lovely. It was well-appointed and the hotel is conveniently located near several decent restaurants. Our beds were quite hard.

This hotel has everything you would want. The beds are top of the line and the rooms are very clean. The service was very goodand the breakfast was made to order. This was our third stay at this hotel and i would go back anytime i am in Harrisburg, PA. Close to many good restarants and stores. Roads are a bit confusing to get to hotel so watch that.

WE WERE VISITING FRIENDS. WE WENT TO THE HERSHEY CHOCOLATE FACTORY WHICH WAS GREAT. WE ALSO VISITED THE BASS PRO STORE WHICH WAS ONLY A HALF BLOCK AND MY GRANDSON WAS THRILLED AND WE RETURNED THERE 4 TIMES DURNING OUR STAY. WE COULD HAVE ENJOYED MORE PLACES TO EAT IN THE AREA THOUGH THE HOTEL HAD GOOD FOOD WHEN IT WAS AVAILABLE. THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL AND ALL EMPLOYEES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER.WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.
