We had a great time. The beds were very comfy, room size was large with a couch in it and nice TV. Bathrooms were awesome and everything was very updated and clean. The check-in was nice, very quaint small hotel. The bar and restaurant is not worth spending any time or money at. We were one of two ...
I had hoped to stay in downtown Hanover, but the hotels were booked. After my two days, I'm very pleased that we ended up at the Trumbull House instead. It's about a 5 minute drive into town (but too far to walk) and was very quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent!
We stayed for reunion weekend and camp drop off. Excellent for families. Kitchenette, indoor pool, pullout couch and part of couch still remains so it was great for our 7 and 10 year old that don't love to sleep in the same bed.
Our trip was not for great reasons. Our friend is in intensive care at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital. We were in town to visit him and his family. The hotel was nice. We wish the pool was open later into the night. Was closed before we were able to take a swim.
stayed 2 days, 1st flr was good room 103, close to breakfast. bed was very comfortable & pillows. wall has some scuff marks and the TV stand has a ripped off partial label on top that needs a razor blade scraping. breakfast was ok but no eggs or breakfast meat. tub drains slowly. night clerk got ...
We traveled from Florida to be by myother-in-laws side while she was taken off life support and was very happy we were allowed to check in early with no extra cost . The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet with plenty of parking. Thank you for making our stay a little easier.
I liked the Fireside a lot. The breakfast was especially good. The rooms were very clean and I had a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds each of my three nights there with my wife. Easy to get to, in Lebanon, 5 to 10 minute drive to Dartmouth.
The front staff was very friendly, very social and awesome to deal with. They had the knack that most places don't- and that was one for being friendly and social without being fake. It was really kind of nice and unexpected.

For a Bed & Breakfast, this is right on mark. The owner/staff are friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect. The home is older, which gives you the charm, but it is very clean. The only drawback is the loud window AC unit, but is actually good white noise for sleeping! Bathroom was very clean and updated. Great Vermont feel.
Comfortable colonial themed B&B on the main road running through Woodstock, VT, located in the center of town. Woodstock is an interesting Vermont village with a lot of history, a walk down the center of town is right out the door. The room was comfortable and clean with colonial style furniture, very charming. Included large flat screen TV and WiFi. Cell phone coverage was very good. Several very good fine dining restaurants close by and in the wider area, if you don't mind a younger pub style crowd, we enjoyed the cammeradery of the Worthy Kitchen. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.
We were very happy with our room. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was excellent - close to the downtown shopping area and great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Woodstock is a lovely small Vermont town with tons of charm;the Inn's atmosphere is a perfect reflection of that charm.
