Stayed at this hotel for a few nights as other hotels were fully booked. Hotel has small basic rooms, with no real extra comforts provided. Bed takes up most of the floor space and there are no UK tv stations available. Internet is slow at all times so don’t try to work there on line. Food was a pleasant surprise..low cost overall compared to most hotels but choice was reasonable and quality was surprisingly good. Good value for money but don’t stay here if looking for a spacious room or a hotel with character.
Very dificult to unload luggage from the street.Parking far away. Poor room.Dirty hallways.Far from 4 star level.We do not come back. Breakfast was only good thing.It was warm and cook was preparing it online
When arrived at the hotel, having driven across Europe, we were told that there were no more parking spaces underground and that we would have to use a public garage across the street. It was fairly close by, but due to a torrential rain at the time of arrival, we got soaked running from the garage across a busy road back to the hotel. Room was small, but clean. There was some work done to update the décor, however installing a minibar on the wall in a shape of a big box was neither comfortable, nor safe (having had not enough space in the room for 2 suitcases, they had to be stored under this box - I hit my head twice on the minibar whilst reaching for stuff from my luggage). The beds could do with a little update (they were too soft for us and rather on a smaller side for someone who is 6ft2"). The bathroom was clean, but the décor was rather 1970/80. The speaker in the bathroom was almost impossible to switch off, as the potentiometer seemed to have stopped working properly. Breakfast was very great!!! Overall 3 stars hotel, in our opinion. I would suggest 2 stars for the hotel and the room we stayed at and 4 stars for the breakfast.
I stayed at this hotel for two night on a business trip. The hotel is located about 2,5 km from central Hannover but close to many companies and considering the other guests we saw it seemed to be a hotel popular for business trips. Positive = Close to many restaurants and with a restaurant of its own (we did not eat there but looked good) which makes it very convenient. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. I had a single room as no others available but I was not disappointed at all. Breakfast buffet was of a good size which is another plus for me. Staff were friendly. The negative = Free WIFI for 24 h only. Cleaning staff had entered the room even though I had the "privacy" sign on the doorknob. I would stay here again.
Only stayed one night but the service was excellent, the room was new and very clean and modern. Our room included breakfast/brunch and this was possibly my best meal in Germany on this Christmas trip. The staff was friendly and obliging and obviously take a lot of pride in their restaurant. Egg dishes cooked to order and deserts to die for. And the apple strudel was absolutely perfect. I might have had more than one piece.
it is a nice quiet hotel in a living area. you can go there by local train. the staff is friendly, the rooms are standard and clean. the breakfast is delicious and a good mix. the village is closed to Hannover. it is a good choice especially at trade fair time. i can recommend.
Considering that I've booked it in a hurry, I wasn't expecting much. But, to my surprise the hotel was quite good. Breakfast was included (and very rich, I must say), the room was clean. The only thing I found not ok was that the parking lot was to little. During my staying, in the hotel took place some kind of a seminar, that's why I had to park my car outside of the facility. But, I must admit, it was not the end of the world ... In a few words, a good hotel!
We were a little disappointed because my husband and I (Americans) are used to complimentary soaps, shampoos, etc, and air conditioning, which this hotel does not offer. But, the hotel staff was quick, friendly, and efficient. I was impressed because the woman who checked us in/out remembered out last name! The best part, however: breakfast, which is included, is excellent. A huge selection, with many choices of hot and cold items, and no shortage or wait time!
Vynikajúce raňajky, široká ponuka jedál, výhodná lokalita (zastávka autobusu pri dverách, metro napešo, lidl a alby pod oknami, dialnica neďaleko). Klimatizácia sa nedá nastaviť individuálne pre izbu - na izbe (6te poschodie), bolo teplo ... Excellent breakfast, wide range of dishes, convenient location (bus stop at the door, subway station walking distance, lidl and alby under the windows, motorway nearby).... The air conditioning can not be individually set for the room - it was warm in the room (6th floor)
Now a day people seldom mention discrimination but replacing by words of attitude. The attitude of the front desk service is less than two stars in Amadeus Hannover for the international traveller like me. During booking hotel, experienced traveller living in Hannover warned me not to stay in this hotel. I said I will give a try. He is right. When I asked for an adapter for 110V computer from USA, the front desk said "we do not offer adapter." I pointed out that this kind of service is really needed for international traveller and I seldom stay in the hotel did not provide this service. The front desk said " I have told you that we do not provide this kind of service. You want Hotel to buy adapter for you? I offer you to go to supermarket to buy one already." He raise the voice and offered me to go to super market (20 min away from hotel). I then asked for " Can I talk to your manager?" The assistant manager showed up. Tension raised. I told the situation to assistant manager, surprisingly enough, guess what, that assistant manager also raise the voice after two conversation. I am a frequent flyer. Trust me. The service is worse than two stars Motel. When I told my friend in Hannover that I have booked Amadeus. My friend replied "Is amadeus still open?" An International Traveller 4-5-2017
