The room was very basic and small, but clean. The bathroom had mildew around the shower which wasn’t very appealing. The staff was friendly and accommodating with a late checkin and when I asked for more coffee. Overall it met my needs and I paid a discounted rate which I felt fair, but am glad I didn’t pay full price for it.

The area of this place is somewhat unsafe. The room does not have AC, so I had to keep the window open during night as it was a very hot day. But, I kept on hearing noise from the street in front of the hotel, including siren sound. There is no elevator in the building, so I had to use stairs to reach my 3rd floor room.

Comfy and Safe!!

Well, we stayed on the top floor and hauling up luggage 3 flights of stairs due to no elevator gave us a wakeup call that we are out of shape!! Our overall experience was very good here. Neat clean and very ecofriendly. Felt very safe staying here. Lots to do with a short 3-minute walk or to trains to go even further. Lots to explore in Hannover.

Basic hotel for our needs, except our room for three adults was on the fourth floor with no elevator for an elderly parent. This made getting up to the room quite difficult. Additionally, the hotels.com site stated that offsite parking is €15, but it was €18 for the night. Although the reception person did not speak English very well, he was as helpful as could be with the language barrier. Need better communications for dropping off the key in the morning as the reception area does not open untill noon.

This hotel was really close to all the sights we wanted to see. A quick walk to the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and simple. The mini fridge was very convenient. Only thing I would change is the two mattresses on the bed as they separated during the night.

Very friendly service. Only lift should be done for older people. Generally we enjoyed ourselves.

Very plain rooms, more like cheap student accommodation. Beds were ok but not brilliant, the pillows were awful. The single curtain didn't fit the window so we woke up very early as it was so bright. Breakfast was very simple and a bit disorganised. We won't return.
