Modern hotel in Hannover. Everything squeaky clean and the staff both capable and efficient. Had dinner in the hotel which was fine as was breakfast in the morning, thought the dining room was very busy then.

This is a great place to stay with children. The room was clean and comfortable, lovely and helpful reception staff. The best thing was the location: on the edge of Eilenride Forest, less than 5 mins walk to a large adventure playground and also close to town.

We booked our room direct through the Accor site (we are Accor club members) and got a great rate for a 2 night stay in an executive room. We asked for a high floor and got the 7th (there are only 8) with a room right at the end of the corridor which was great. Like a lot of business cities, if you visit at a weekend, the hotels offer great rates to fill rooms that are taken up with business clients Mon-Thurs. We only had room only but the hotel does offer breakfast and has a restaurant, bar and on site spa. There is also an underground parking garage, but you really don't need a car if you are only intending to stay in the city itself. Our room was really big and decorated in grey and yellow. The fair trade toiletries were lovely, there was an nespresso machine, a great bathroom, a lovely view towards the forest, a very comfy bed and large chaise lounge by the window. Staff are super helpful and booked restaurants for us and advised on using the public transport. The hotel is seconds from Lister Platz underground stop - a 10 euro group ticket is best as this covers all public transport for 24 hours for up to 4-5 people. You can easily walk into the city through mostly pedestrianised streets with shops and cafes in approx 20 minutes. There are plenty of places round about the hotel to eat and drink if you don't want to go back into the city - do try the beer garden across the road at the edge of the forest to see the locals at play! We loved Hannover - there was lots to do, it was easy to get around and it was clean and safe. This is a fab hotel to base yourself at. We would definately come back

I stayed two weeknights at the Novotel Hannover in a suite on the eighth floor. The room is of good size with a large living area, large bedroom, and large with tub and shower. There is a smaller bathroom in the living area as well. Because there are other buildings of similar height nearby, the view is relatively limited but pleasant. Parking is located under the building and quite easily accessed. The gym is a weak offering with only one elliptical machine, one stationary bike, two treadmills, and a universal weight machine. In terms of location, the hotel is near to the metro line and easily accessed from the motorway.

The Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the rooms are modern. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all. When turning around the bed was moving and made wired noises. There is a beer garden close by and a nice Greek restaurant. All in all it was I would say will come again. Parking was only 7 Euro.

I have stayed at Novotel Hannover now 4 times in total over the last 2 years whilst visiting my son and always choose to stay in the superior room. We stayed in superior room on our last occasion but on checking out we were charged for our mini bar, which on the previous visits was included as part of the superior room package. In total I was charged 30 Euros. If I had been informed that the superior room package had changed and the mini bar was not included I would not have booked the superior room or used the mini bar. As a loyal customer for the past few years I feel very let down.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean and well situated in a nice area. Food was great in the restaurant and reasonably priced. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Just wish we could of stayed longer!

This hotel is situated in a very central location Perfect! Underground is seconds away from the hotel, main station is a 10-15 minute walk away, nice walk if your not to laxy; boutiques, cafes, restaurants, patisseries, ice cream parlours, something for everyone! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a clean hotel with helpful staff and housekeeping who do a good job at what they do. I have only one gripe that I really couldn't be bothered to mention to management; the shower in our bathroom would suddenly go from the perfect temperature to scolding hot then freezing cold before returning to the initial temperature you started with! For an elderly couple this could have caused a serious accident. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to hannover in need of accommodation.

I stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. It has all the usual features that you expect from a four star chain hotel. I will mention the pluses and the minuses here: The pluses: Location: - Very convenient location not too far from the town centre. - Parking garage next to the hotel only 7€ / 24h with hotel discount and the first two hours free of charge. - Underground station about 50m from the hotel entrance with frequent trains to the main station and downtown shopping area (Kröpke) (1,5€ one way) Room: - comfortable large bed - large sofa - large enough safe deposit box (laptop will fit) - large shower head for a rain experience - powerful hair dryer (unfortunately attached to the wall) - fluffy towels - fair trade amenities Breakfast: - all the usual hot and cold options - sparkling water & cream cheese - especially the cold options with a wide selection of items - meat balls really tasty - bread roll selection very good No real minuses at all. Will stay there again.

I stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed the whole visit. The rooms were very modern with a nice layout and great showers. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and all spoke English. The buffet breakfast was also a great deal if you pre order it, a nice selection of good quality food. I would stay again my next visit for sure. Also very good location just meters from the Lister Platz train station and a short walk to the main pedestrian mall.
