Wonderful place....very clean. Highly recommended!

Not very well lit at entrance to road not very well lit on 3 mile drive up to resort.

The room was very nice and comfortable! It was a little outdated but it gave it a rustic charm. It worked well for us as a family with two children. The staff and the property itself were great! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved it. The suite was nice. The pool was great. We loved the Mountain Coaster and Mountain Adventure Park and the Aerial Adventure Park. We loved John Harvards and the Country Store and it was nice to have everything all in one place! Excellent time and will be happy to come back again! Only downsides may be (at least where we were) is it was not the most accessible spot (i.e., if someone were in a wheelchair etc...-but there may be an area where it is) and the stove burner took a while to boil water to make pasta. Overall excellent!!!

Upon entry to the room, the electronic key failed to work. When Someone had to be called to change the battery. We waited for twenty minutes for a technician to come. While I talked to front desk to ask for service, a family of five kids were also locked out of their room and had expressed that this was their second day with a broken lock. Upon entry to the room, 45 minutes after check in, the room was noticeably unclean with hair shavings visible in the tub. The floor was hairy as well as the toilet and shower. The pull out bed had hair on the mattress. I asked the lock technicians if they could find a cleaning solution and paper towel. They guided me to the housekeeping closet and found one stray disinfectant can marked “deodorant.”

Nothing unique- just another resort The suite was clean, available fire its appointed hour The sofa bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses i’ve Encountered in sofa bed! Confusing light switch arrangements A lamp had a non functioning bulb Coffee filter was way too big for the dimensions of the coffee machine The hallways s well as the suite itself smelled of a coying chemical aroma

Great weekend ! The weather was fantastic to enjoy the outside pool and hot tub.

We haven't been to Jiminy Peak in years & unfortunately, it looks like the carpets in the Country Inn hallways and the rooms are from that era. The people working there were great but the property needs major updating. The smell was musty and tired & it was disappointing to see that the owners haven't kept up with maintenance & renovations. The food at John Harvard's restaurant in the Country Inn was not good - beware the meat loaf which was described to us as a house specialty. We had great memories of the place and the people working there were very friendly but we wouldn't go back.

The suite was perfect for our family of 4! Plenty of space and everything you need for overnight or extended stay. Super fun resort!

Front desk gave wrong directions to room. Once we found the area, we had to climb 5 , maybe even 7, flights to get to our room which was on the 2nd floor. Difficulty entering pool with code. Wait at Tavern was ridiculously long after ordering (over an hour). Temperature control automatically shut off at night. Other people were complaining at pool area Jiminey is way under staffed as well.

Front desk attendant was very pleasant and made sure to make us feel welcome. Rooms are amazingly big with living area, kitchen, two sink bathroom. Bed was a big too firm for my liking but overall a good stay.

Wish we had stayed longer. We were only there one night but had such a favorable experience that I would definitely revisit this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy.

Great hotel.. accommodations n atmophsere was fantastic.indoor outdoor pool n hot tub n fitness center. kosher food on premises.. dairy only such as pizza falafel.. daily minyans available.. 2 parks for attractions on premises.. alpine sliding, mountain coasters, trampoline n various other rides for kids of all ages.. reasonable priced n defintely worth rhe trip!

Excellent location, beautiful grounds. But the room was a different story. The rugs and furniture were old and filthy, I didn't want to sit or take my shoes off. Dirty bathroom towels that I placed in the tub were folded and hung back up by housekeeper. Same thing in the kitchen, dirty dishtowels folded and put back in the cabinet. The housekeeping staff appeared to be teenagers on summer break, so not surprised that they didn't care. I won't be in a rush to return here.

The approach to the hotel was beautiful. Check in was very quick and easy, we arrived later in the day. Getting to fine our room was difficult, stairs went up then down and our room 2__ was on the basement floor????? Strange. The property was lovely, and very active with young families. We as older adults did not like the fact of the children running the hallways and in the rooms above our heads. FYI.... if sensitive to noisy children, run in all over, get a room on the top floor.

We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Maintenance lock issues are unforeseen and when notified of a problem we respond quickly to rectify the situation. Due to your housekeeping issues we gave you a $132 worth of Park tickets as compensation. We felt this was more than fair compensation on $199.00 room rate.
