Nice Place, Great Location

Three older friends enjoyed this motel. Thought we may have problem with stairs but they were properly spaced and had a comfortable railing for assistance. We got a little exercise and that was good. Would recommend this to anyone. Owner was accommodating and very, very nice.

New owners have freshly painted the rooms and put in new beds and mattresses. Looks like new decking on the third floor and pool level. Bathrooms are dated and cramped. It's convenient to the south end of the beach. I'd stay here again.

We arrived for an overnight to hang with our grandchildren for the day. The owner was very nice but the condition of the unit was just ok. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean but the bathroom left much to be desired! The shower head didn't work right and the shower curtain blew in as you showered and stuck to you! It was the tiniest shower I have ever seen. We also were woken at midnight to water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom from the unit above us. It was also a very noisy area due to the closeness of mutilple bars. Would not stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again for the convenience of being close to the beach and the main attractions. Staff was nice and accommodating. Place was clean and safe. Enjoyed the rooftop pool! Parking is tight so only one car per room. Stay with my family and we enjoyed are time.

The property is very rundown. Inside of the rooms are very rundown when you walk into the room it looks clean but then when you get a closer look, it really is disgusting. I had to scrub the microwave inside and out the sink the tables and I don’t think I should’ve had to have done that I froze because I had a sheet on my bed that was it

I loved my stay here. The staff was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The pool isn’t heated, but being on the roof and directly on the sun the water is warm. I also loved this is a no smoking property because then I didn’t have to wake up and walk out into puffs of smoke. The property is also so clean. I loved that. There is a Chinese restaurant next door, a bar that has karaoke with happy hours and daily specials, and a three minute walk has the perfect coffee shop for breakfast along with a convenience store. You are close to every thing and can walk anywhere, but just the few minutes really keeps ya away from the craziness that Hampton can have. You are also a two minute walk from the beach. So it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough wonderful things about ways!

Nice location

Nice location, but the motorcycles can be a bit noisy & annoying. Close to the beach. Food/drink/coffee within walking distance.

This was an okay place for a last minute weekend away. I booked two rooms for our group. One room had a loud AC that barely cooled the room and the other room had a shower that barely had any water pressure or hot water. Otherwise the rooms were very nice! The guests were loud throughout the night which was unfortunate. The area in general was loud which made for a rough night… probably more ideal for people that wanted to enjoy the nightlife.

Property is right around the corner of the corner of the main strip of all the stores & eatery, Beach is so big. The hotel has a Roof top pool if your not beach goer. Our room had comfy beds equipped with fridge micro & WiFi tv. The owners were super nice & accommodating. Definitely an overall great stay .

The room was very clean, the a/c was amazing (the room felt colder than the temp. setting which was perfect after a long beach day), and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was amazing, very kind, helpful, and provided extra towels and toiletries within minutes of the request. Highly recommend! The location was at the end of the strip and perfect for getting away from the late night businesses with a coffee place around the corner for the morning.
