I booked here because it says they have a pool. When i got there the pool is under construction. I asked for a refund but was refused. I never checked in

Carpets in rooms need replacement. Walls and floor were dirty
The property knew we had a large wedding party checking in since we basically rented the entire property and they as they stated got a late start cleaning the rooms so we were not allowed to check in till after the standard check in time. Also rooms were found to still have trash and dirty towels laying on floors in bathroom after guest checked in. The room I stayed in had a pillow with blood stains on 1 side and large cob webs all along the ceilings which gladly we never seen the spider that made them. Ac system got cold when we first arrived but stopped working shortly after and it just never seemed to cool the room off the remainder of the stay.
The room was OK but the staff spent all their time on watching cell phone/Internet or loudly gossiping.
The comfort inn hotel in Hammond was very clean and the staff was very friendly and I was very comfortable. I got the hotel to go swimming and we had a blast. I will definitely be coming back to stay. I would also definitely recommend anyone to this hotel.
The hotel was recently remodeled, rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in town for a couple of days and would stay here again if came back. There are a few restaurants that are within a easy walk. The free breakfast is about average for a hotel.
Rating of 2 stars is about right. In a pinch, it did the trick.
I stay here at least once a month for my travel to Hammond that started about a year ago. I switched from another motel to this one about 3 trips ago. I always have a relaxing time.
Perfect stay. Hotel is located right off I-55, lots of food locations in walking diatance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great... kids loved the waffles!
In Hammond for conference and the Comfort Inn suited my needs very well. Friendly and helpful staff, good free breakfast. Recommend.
The room was average at best. It was overpriced for the quality. You could tell that it had been somewhat remodeled. Looked like some kid had colored all over the comforter with markers. It may not have seemed as bad if we were smokers. The only room available was a smoking room so room smelled like smoke. Made for a miserable 2 nights!
