I stayed for 4 nights recently on a trip around Tunisia. Check in and indeed all communication with reception was easy and friendly. I was allocated a high level room with side Seaview, it was pretty well maintained and I didn't lack any amenities. The only issue was that I found no English speaking channels on the TV. Bathroom clean and shower worked well. Restaurant was large and well-appointed. Food was ok, varied and plentiful, both at breakfast and dinner. Waiters and chefs lively and very friendly. Wine at times not of a good quality, maybe I got what all inclusive guests had (I was half board) but I expected better as I paid for drinks in cash. The bar staff were excellent! So friendly, approachable and funny. The drinks they served were good quality, being it wine, coffee or spirits. You should be really proud of them. Bar area beautiful and well arranged. Same goes for the entertainment team, they worked really hard to engage everyone in different activities from morning to evening. I didn't engage much myself but thoroughly enjoyed an evening that went well into the night. I didn't use much of the other facilities, it was low season and not many other guests. However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will happily visit again. Actually, I'm planning October so hope to see everyone then. Just please add an English speaking TV channels for me.....

The Chich Kahn is a great hotel in a bad resort. Which means If your all inclusive you will spend most of the time in the hotel. Staff very hard working, decent food, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice big pool plus you can do a bit of Archery as well. Hotel was well worth the money
Stayed here many tomes, our favourite hotel, all staff give a friendly greeting and go out of. Thier way to make your stay memorable.the rooms are clea fresh towels daily, the food is varied and cooked well.the grounds are particularly nice where you can sit in the shade if you wish. Typewriters remember your drink and make sure you are replenished. We are hoping to go back next may but don't know if they are taking bookings from the uk.
Its a disgusting place cats everywhere even when you are trying to eat they are walking between your legs food awful chicken with blood not cooked properly the hotel should be called the SH.. KHAN Not safe for young girls on there own trust me
I really enjoyed the rest, I'm very happy, the food is great, the animators are the coolest, they always came up with entertainment programs for every day, I want to say thank you to them and everyone who was there, thanks for the holiday, I really love all the staff, the animators are the best , Discos are the best💞💞💞💞💞💞
The hotel is very beautyful, but most positive features ends here. Old equipment, old furniture, dirty carpets. Is seems that hotel was build 40 years ago and then never renewed. It need repair. That repair, that is done now, seems to be extremely unsatisfying by its low quality. In the room there is no place to dry clothes. No soapbox (or it was cracked). Get ready to met ants or smth worse. Very dull food, one type everyday, and less choice that You expect from 4*. Same salads, same soups, very few fruits :(( we went so far from home to eat nice Southern fruits :(( No fruits de mere at all. Very few vegetables, vegetarians might stay hungry. No natural tea, only teabags :(( Service depends on person. Some are very nice and polite, but some seemed to hate all the people. We expected much, much more care and attenrion, better food, clean room, and
Stayed at the Chich Khan with my fiancée for 2 weeks during December. We had a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff were very attentive and there was lots to do. Unfortunately, due to going in December, the weather wasn't great but that meant we got to utilise the indoor pool (great added bonus) The hotel itself had plenty of bars to choose from to enjoy a drink in and we particularly enjoyed the shisha downstairs. Each day at 4pm they made crepes for everyone in the reception area, this was a very nice touch. If you were all inclusive these were free of charge and you could choose a range of toppings too. We came over Christmas and new year and the hotel ensured we had 2 very special nights. Christmas Day evening, we had a beautiful 3 course meal followed by a drinks reception and on New Year's Eve again we had a lovely three course meal followed by a party afterwards. The hotel made a real effort for these two events. We had no problems with the hotel whatsoever, however we did find the area itself to be very quiet in the evenings. There was no bars open so unfortunately, we were pretty much confined to the hotel of an evening. If the hotel was in a different location we would return but unfortunately it isn't so we won't be.
